  2. As the title states, an emergency alert banner that can be displayed across the top of the screen similar to Rings update banner. In the event of an emergency (Fire, shooting, natural disaster, etc) the ability to quickly notify everyone in the company is imperitive. Something that can be quickly sent out from users with the correct access and that displays accross all of the Ring Central apps and programs.

  7. Whenever they are making changes to the users list department on the admin portal it doesn't sync the changes to the business analytics report.

  9. In the RingEx desktop app under Call Rules and Voicemail you can 'Forward all calls'. We've been advised by Ring Tech Support that this does not work if the incoming call comes via a Call Queue. This could be misleading if a user expects this to work and does not test first.

    Could this either be changed so call queue calls are also forwarded or at least the description of 'Forward all calls' be annotated to advise as such.

  11. Wanted to set up an option or permission that no one outside their office network or VPN that can login to the RingCentral desktop application. No one can use their home network if someone is using a home network or outside their office network.
    It should only allow the users to login within their office network only.

  12. To be able to stay logged in on my Ext but be able to answer calls and receive notifications from multiple extensions. The current design only allows to switch from one Ext to another but the other Ext. won't stay logged in. Notification will only show after switching Extensions

  14. When users select the "Blocked" number as their outbound caller ID, recipients often see the caller ID as "11111" or the call is marked as spam. As a result, the majority of recipients do not answer these calls, leading to communication disruptions and inefficiencies.

    Implement a feature that allows the option to whitelist "Blocked" Caller IDs to prevent them from being tagged as spam by recipients' phone systems. This ensures that calls made with a "Blocked" Caller ID appear legitimate and are not automatically declined by the recipient.

    please add an email button that can be used to send mails to to the contact in the call history (if the callee is a known contact with email provided). Please add the same email button on the contact view. The button should trigger to open the default intalled mail client and add the callee's mail in the "to" field.

  19. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.
