Currently, to share voicemail via email on the app, customers need to install Microsoft Outlook desktop app but as per customer, they are using Google Workspace and not Outlook.
Please have an option to use other external email instead of just MS Outlook app.

Color of profile icon
I’d like to submit a feature request on behalf of the customer. She asked if there could be an option to change the color of the profile icon in the RingCentral app when no profile picture is uploaded. Currently, the icon defaults to a preset color with the user's initials, and she would like the ability to customize that for a more personalized experience.

Make the 'External Shared Contacts Directory' visible to the RingCentral Desktop Plugin
Although we enabled the 'External Shared Contacts Directory' as directed in the KB provided (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-the-shared-directory-of-external-contacts-in-the-RingCentral-Admin-Portal.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US), the newly added contact is not recognised by the desktop plugin but IS recognised by the Teams addon

New feature tutorials feature in RingCentral app.
When presented with RingCentral new features, the pop-up remains on the screen without a way out of it for minutes at a time. Users should have the option to opt-out rather than turning off New feature tutorials settings from the RingCentral app.

Device alert to have a timing condition (ie offline for mor than X hours)
Improve the offline devices alerts. Right now the platform can send an alert from Analytics when more than 1 device is offline at a location. Looking for the ability to put a timeframe to be alerted after a device has been offline for more than 72hrs.

RC Android app audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first
RingCentral (RC) Android app call audio ALWAYS goes to my smartwatch first. I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro. Fully patched phones and apps up-to-date.
I have the RC app on both phones.
Audio for ALL calls to and from my RC Android app automatically switch to my Bluetooth watch (Galaxy Watch 4). The watch does not have its own cellular service.
I need to enter the app and tap the Audio icon to select Speaker or Phone, in order to get the audio off the watch.

Move Call Park Button to Diallers Main Menu Inteface
Call park button is no longer showing on the main options on the app dialer.
Back then it was showing on the main buttons, now they have to click on the 3 dots, more options just to click the Call park.
Customer said this is causing them inconvenience having their agents click an extra button just to get to the call park.It would be best to move the call park button to the main menu of the dialler.

Prevent Agent Disconnection During Caller Hang-Up in SPOG Transfers
Requesting a change to the current SPOG transfer behavior: When a caller hangs up during a transfer, the transferring and receiving agents should remain connected instead of being disconnected. This would allow agents to complete internal coordination or follow-up actions even if the caller drops unexpectedly.
This change would help improve agent communication and reduce disruption during call handoffs.

Add integration for the RingSense for RingCX icon within the RingCentral app interface
Request to integrate the RingSense for RingCX icon into the RingCentral app interface to improve accessibility and visibility for users. Currently the icon only shows in the RingCentral app if the account has RingSense for Sales. The icon should be positioned consistently with other app features and allow users to easily launch or access RingSense for RingCX functionality directly from the main app UI. Acceptance Criteria: RingSense for RingCX icon is visible within the RingCentral app UI. Icon links to or opens RingSense for RingCX features. Placement is consistent with existing design standards. Available for users with appropriate permissions.
