Support Multiple Account Sign-Ins with SSO in RingCentral App
Currently, the RingCentral App allows multiple account sign-ins only when the accounts are not using Single Sign-On (SSO). If SSO is enabled for one or more accounts, users are unable to add and switch between them. This creates a limitation for users who need to manage multiple SSO-enabled accounts.

Sign out option on the app for Message-only extension
Requesting the addition of a Sign Out option for Message-Only Extensions within the RingCentral mobile app.
We currently have a Message-Only Extension that I logged into using the RingCentral app on my Android smartphone. However, there is no available option to sign out from this extension, as the Sign Out button does not appear in the Profile Menu when using a Message-Only Extension, unlike with a regular user extension.

Allow any kind of headsets to work with RingCentral's Background Noise Reduction Tool
As advertised on https://www.ringcentral.com/us/en/blog/reduce-background-noise/, RingCentral uses AI, so it should not only work on recommended headsets. It should work, whatever headset is used, so that the system only picks up the primary voice.

Complete Handoff after the Call is Merged
I wanted to make sure that the customer and the other user is properly connected before I leave the call. Currently, when using the app, after I merged the call I cannot leave the line because all the line will get disconnected.
Please consider feature enhancement, Complete Transfer after merged calls.

RingCentral Video : display upcoming meetings without any calendar integration
Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

RC desktop app "Always on Top" feature for Text messaging
Customer would like to have the "Always on Top" feature with RC desktop app for text messaging. Currently the "always on top" feature is only available with RC desktop app dial pad. The customer is having challenges with the text messaging notiication with the current RC desktop app
