  2. In the desktop app and are in the phone section and hover over internal calls it should give you the call option first then the message function. Right now it gives you the message function and the video function and to use the call function you have to select more. It should work like it does on calls that are external where it gives you the option to call and text.

  6. Driving Mode, give us a toggle for driving mode to reply to RingCentral messages and sms messages while driving.

    Allow user to set automatic message to reply to incoming RingCentral messages or SMS text messages while driving. Make it an editable message to be customized by the user to fit the circumstance.

    Example response: I'm driving right now and unable to respond, I'll reply as soon as it is safe to do so.

  7. In the Text inbox and Call Log, only the name of the contact appears, it should show the phone number as well when the contact has been added.

    Also, the Telephone, Text, Contact+ Icons should be a bit bigger and maybe color coded where ever they are located. Navigation will be easier for users with multiple screens.

  8. I need to be setup a number of phone extensions to not be able to call outside the building.
    Essentially, I would like to allow certain phones to only be able to call internal extensions. Preferably we would like them to be limited to which extensions they can call.

  9. We recently enabled a security setting to lock our computers after 5 minutes of inactivity. While other apps recognize that a call is in progress (like Teams), it seems RC is not able to perform that keep alive function.

    Is it possible to configure RC keep Windows from locking while a call is in progress? Thanks!

  12. Our company was set up with 3-digit speed dials for some of our affiliate locations. The current Ring Central app does not allow us to "look up" or view these speed dials. As such, the user has to know the 3-digit code for the specific location in order to use it. These speed dials should be able to be searched like when searching for another user, where one can type either the name or Ring Central brigs up available/possible options as the user starts typing number digits.   15. Allow a ring notification to be the phone camera flashing, without sound. I've tried to use the Android system to do this but apparently it does not see a RingCentral app call as a "notification"

  16. Have the possibility to pin a lateral panel in which the calls 'on hold' would be always visible

    Would be practical for users that often get 2,3,4 calls at a time (executive assistants, receptionnits). For now, they need to click on the 'calls on hold' icon to see the list of calls on hold. And the order of these calls seem to change from time to time.

  19. So, I am also able to replicate the issue on my end. It seems to be specific to Samsung phones or maybe android in general, but we have been able to test with Samsung and iPhone. When a user tries to transfer a call using the mobile application via the keypad option the call is dropped. I made the same test call from the desktop application and the call transfers no problem (transfer to external line in my testing). So long as the user transfers the call using the items searchable in the directory it transfers fine. I believe this…
