  1. I want to set up a Samsung Routine (automation) where if I leave the office my Status Message changes to "Away from Office" or my Profile gets set to Do Not Disturb. Doesn't seem like those are options but I'd like them to be!

  2. I wanted to group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from. I tried grouping existing contacts but the incoming faxes still come in one-by-one manner. As my users have to open check each and every fax to know the contents, that has made it difficult to categorize my numerous incoming faxes.

  7. The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

  12. Show more preview text like in the phone desktop version. I want to be able to read almost all the text before I open it up. We have multiple people monitoring our main phone number and it would be easier to know if a text pertains to that person before they open the text to read it fully.

  15. I work for two companies and they are both using Ring Central. I have two different numbers, one for each company. I would like an easy way (think the way that Microsoft Outlook or Google does this) to swith between accounts so I can call from whichever number is relevant and receive calls from both numbers.

Please add a way for managers and other non admins that have access to phone recordings or analytics to be able to access them from the desktop app. Right now if a manager or supervisor wants to access any of this system they need to know the URL to access it. Where as an admin can get to this information by clicking on their profile picture and clicking Manage account or Clicking Company Settings then Visit Admin Portal.It would be great if anyone that had access to the recordings could get to them directly from app.

  19. for shared workloads this is a necesary and useful feature. Our old provider has this feature as a base feature. When toggling into the queue, you could see who was logged into the queue and who was out by simply showing those members as greyed out. The is a simple yet very useful tool for managing call flows and adjusting schedules within sites.

  20. The widget order of appearance is currently divided by when they are added. Adding a new on to the top of thd list requires the user to start over with a clean slate. Dragging the widgets up/down the screen would be ideal
