I would like to understand if there is any report available in RC Analytics or on the backend that could show us the number of users who never logged into their RC app, potentially along with their RC desktop client software version. I'm speaking here only about the desktop client not the web-based version. Thanks!

  3. I am deaf in one ear and cannot have a headset that covers my other ear since I must be able to hear and help office visitors. There are no supported headsets in the RingCentral recommended list that meet my ADA needs for the desktop version of the app.I currently use a bone conduction headset (OpenComm UC by Shokz) and am unable to use the headset controls to answer or end a call. For disability and accessibility needs, it would be wonderful if bone conduction headsets could be supported. I also know several other areas and individuals at Brigham Young…

  4. Since the recorded calls are already available on recordings tab on RC app, why not give an option for it to be shared to guest, want to create task assigned to a guest account then attached call recording without downloading it.

  5. Please add a feature to show the users department/title in the initial screen contact list. In larger companies not all users know each other. It would be helpful to scroll through the list to view a person's title for example manager or sales person etc.

  6. During a call on the RingCentral application, when the call needs to be transferred to someone else, only the Company directory is available to search in. There is no access to personal contacts or any other group. Please add the ability to transfer calls to other groups other than the Company directory.

  8. It would be beneficial if the forwarded calls were also recorded in the history log of the user who received the forwarded call so they can also check the contact details of the caller. This would be especially helpful when we've set up a main phone number for our clients to call so the team with their own phone numbers could have an equal opportunity to answer the main phone number's calls, and that they don't have to log in to the main phone number's RingCentral app to check the history log.

  10. Please enable International MMS - or even better can you please support RCS both domestically & internationally - as that is a useful feature to send high quality images. RCS would be much better and is the latest standard as far as I'm aware - would like to be able to utilize this which is becoming common across carriers for picture/video delivery.

Many organizations use Sharepoint libraries or MS Teams created fileshare that behave differently that OneDrive (which also uses sharepoint but in a different way) -- Sharepoint is for groups of people so linking it to teams/groups in RCapp would enable better collaboration especially where the Teams embedded dialer is use and the RCapp is used for DR purposes

  16. We currently have the option to link the contacts/calendars from Google and Microsoft (Exchange and O365) and having the option to connect our Yahoo ecosystem would be a huge convenience for the many who use it.

  19. It would be ideal to list the call while it is ringing on the app instead of listing it in the call history after the call is disconnected, hung up, or missed.
