  7. The Host should have the option to check the identity of the participant like the real name if the participant is joining via Dial-in using their personal phone. Because when participants are joining via Dial-in on the meeting via their personal phone only the phone number of the participant is showing.

  8. We currently spend $1500/mo on one fax line. It would save us money. We currently auto save our faxes to a directory and then the faxes are assigned to a user in our document application. So, if the app saves locally we can distribute to the person that needs to view it.

  9. The customer asked whether we have this feature. Basically, the customer's process is they will have to read aloud a certain script in the live call for recording and compliance. Since they have to say it every time they receive calls, they would rather have a pre-recorded audio that they can click on and will play and be included in the call recording.

  12. If we need to re-install the mobile app or clear browser cache (app.ringcentral.com) we are forced to setup our custom fax covers again. Tedious for end users who have different/multiple custom fax covers. Support stated that all the custom fax covers are stored locally on the device (iOS, WinOS, etc). Would be nice if they were stored on the users extension in the admin portal, eg. https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/users/default/??????????/outboundCallsFaxes/faxSettings, and as such would be accessible wherever they are signed in.

  13. Today is 8/22/23 and until recently a voicemail received on the iPhone RC app would follow the custom tone you selected. Now it only alerts with the default tone for the iPhone regardless of what you select. This was working fine for the past year or more and needs to be corrected as the users (doctors, etc) can not differentiate between the notifications and the default 2 tone alert will not wake them from sleep when on call.

  14. The customer wants to remove the keyboard shortcut because when the users change their status from accept queue calls to do not accept queue calls and hit the space bar it will return to available and this is only happening when they click their profile and hit the space bar on their app

  17. When an admin has Company Directory disabled, users are not able to internal SMS other company users unless they have their email address.   18. When on a call using the RingCentral Mobile app and then hit the add button the dial pad should pop up directly so we can enter the number we wanted to add and call like the actual behavior on the desktop app.
