  1. When on a call using the RingCentral Mobile app and then hit the add button the dial pad should pop up directly so we can enter the number we wanted to add and call like the actual behavior on the desktop app.

  5. Similar to RingCentral Apps for Desktop and Mobile, it's very useful for Users to show up the name tagged to a Company Number assigned to Sites.Currently is only shows as Company Number if Users wanted to make outbound calls theu the RingCentral for Google

  6. When video calling someone else there is a very loud BOOOP sound, indicating it's "ringing". This noise is so much louder than every other sound on my PC and startling every time it happens. I do not see anything in the options to be able to disable this sound entirely or choose something less disturbing. Please offer the option to disable this sound entirely, or customize it with a drop down that includes silence.

  7. On the current presence of the phone (VVX 450) its showing both the users and the call queue that I am added. I wanna be able to remove the call queue/group that I don't want to see and add the ones that I want to show on the deskphone Currently its showing that call queues are automatically added on the presence once you are part of the queue and for that call queue to be removed I need to be removed on the call queue

Tech support case status emails do not contain any hyperlinks to the case itself or the support home page - I must open a browser and manually login from there - It would be helpful to have a direct link to either the case itself or at least the Ring Central Support home page. This is already a feature in the Web Support Portal email updates.

  9. If a user is busy and if he gets a second call then a caller should hear a message saying the person is busy on another call caller should hear this - Unfortunately, line is busy at the moment.

Now, however, to send a text, there's an extra click for something we do dozens of times a day:+ to send new messageup comes menu: Send new text/Send new faxI will never send a FaxIt's a step backwards to have to choose from this menu rather than directly opening up a new text messageEither:replace + w/ 2 icons +Text, +Fax to eliminate the menuwhen user selects the Text Inbox and hits + from there, New Text Message should be assumedFax Inbox should mimic this behavior for faxesThank you.
