  3. Client has multiple contact name in one fax number that she is sending to , when she send fax to one of the contact list, the recipient is showing different name in the fax to recipient section. it always select the first person alphabetically. multiple contact name with only 1 fax number.

  4. We currently use the events calendar to notify coworkers of day-of checks for our files. These are linked to specific groups for different purposes. The sidebar for the group chat helps as a quick view for where the pertinent info needs to show as information is updated/added/etc in relation to that event in that group. It helps that we can shift between each tab in that side bar, but the reset between message groups/open and close of the program is unhelpful and feels tedious to adjust. Submitting this idea request on behalf of customer, Crown Packaging: The new RingCentral desktop app UI is lacking detail in the "Phone" app. For example, the previous interface showed team member's extensions, but the new interface does not show that detail. The new Phone interface has a lot of blank white space. Rather than have all of that dead space, can the call detail area on the left be enlarged further to the right to be able to pull in the extension?

  11. We commonly have team members use emoji's react to posts. When performing investigations we have found there does not seems to be a way to see a time stamp of when the user reacted with an emoji to a post and we can only see the date/timestamp of the post itself.We would like to not only see the user that had the reaction, but the date/time they reacted to it.

  12. -This is useful for admins to forcibly logout users from their shared app/extension-Some Clients have their users(floating agents) share extension logins and would definitely help to log-off users who forgot to sign out from their respective apps

  13. For people that are coming from the Mitel MiVoice Connect the have the ability to manipulate the physical phone from the client. For instance, if they get a call the can press a green button an connect the call the their phone. They have the ability to check voicemail from the app (I find that this is available but there are restrictions). If they take a call on their physical phone, they have the ability on Mitel to transfer that call from the App. I am finding that this is becoming a struggle with users as we move them over

  15. When changing an emergency address with the RC Desktop application a dialog is shown with current Company ERLs and personal PERLs. Presently the Company ERLs are shown first followed by the PERLs.With hybrid work commonplace these days users often must switch between home and work addresses. PERLs are a convenient way to toggle this. Yet in the RC Desktop App the ERLs are shown first, followed by the PERLs (see attached image).   19. It is hard to differentiate between conversations, visually, except for the side bar that indicates the name or group being spoken to. It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to change each conversation visually so that we would have visual cues that indicate which conversation with which we're about to communicate.An example would be to set Person A to have a blue background while Person B would have a green background with square watermarks.
