  1. Tech support case status emails do not contain any hyperlinks to the case itself or the support home page - I must open a browser and manually login from there - It would be helpful to have a direct link to either the case itself or at least the Ring Central Support home page. This is already a feature in the Web Support Portal email updates.

  2. Customers would like to not have to be asked for feedback at the current pace. Some feel that it excessive, especially when they are asked on each case they submit. Please consider adjusting the process on requested feedback for customers.

  4. Customer wants to use the RingCentral desktop client on an older operating system (Windows 7), but is being hindered by technical limitations. Customer wishes that even the latest versions of the RingCentral desktop client gets supported on future updates.

  5. This could remove the confusion for the co-recipients in confirming if someone already checked the voicemail messages. In addition, reduce the workload for the co-recipients in manually asking the queue owner to delete the voicemail messages.

  6. Whether or not the Messaging is turned on, the users/members' statuses should still reflect for others to know if the person is busy or on a call or not as a hint so you do not have to disturb the person if they are in the middle of something important.

  9. I want to set up a Samsung Routine (automation) where if I leave the office my Status Message changes to "Away from Office" or my Profile gets set to Do Not Disturb. Doesn't seem like those are options but I'd like them to be!

  10. I wanted to group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from. I tried grouping existing contacts but the incoming faxes still come in one-by-one manner. As my users have to open check each and every fax to know the contents, that has made it difficult to categorize my numerous incoming faxes.

  15. The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.

  16. Hi there, When I am faxing, in the notes section, I type the same message to all the doctors that I am sending new patient correspondence letters to. I don't want to have to copy and paste that same message over and over again. I want to create a template and choose it as a drop down in the notes section (if that makes sense).
