  1. I am a manager for my department and I get multiple calls for different positions. When I am on the phone and one of the staff is available, I would like to have the capability to be able to choose who to forward the call to. Right now I only see this feature for forwarding to voicemail to another extension.

  2. It would be nice if the navigation bar was always visible. It disappears when you are in the inbox or messaging if you are in the condensed version. Keep it a the bottom so that we can see if we get another message or text without having to back out of the message/text we are in to see the navigation bar.

  3. I wish the app was easier to navigate. There are a lot of features missing. like a predicate dialer. Also knowing which voip company the call belongs to on the lower display. which could be powered by Twilio or Telnyx. Better reporting of scam calls. A less restricted program. It seems a lot missing from it and has been relocated to the portal. Wish It was easier to change your caller id without a challenge. Flagging calls is another want. I hunt scammers and require more flexibility.

  5. Please show the phone number and email on the contact preview. This make it easy to copy and paste name, phone &/or email quickly. Currently I can only see the email, I prefer to see the phone 1st them the email or both with phone always first.

While I understand it may not be a priority for RingCentral, why not consider creating a RingCentral app to compete with messaging platforms like Telegram or Slack, specifically designed for business purposes?In my company, we have both office users (30 of them with MVP licenses) and field users (70 contractors with Video Pro accounts) who mainly use messaging for communication. With the rollout of the feature in ENTCOM-I-84 (see https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-share...), Feature is indeed implemented, though to get it to work I had to have a support agent turn it on for our company account.One point of note, it would seem that once you add co-recipients to a Call Queue, when a new voice message comes in those co-recipients are being notified by email of the new VM.   15. Everytime the RingCentral app is downloaded on the desktop there's a red triangle that it says "Computer dont have enough memory" new version is getting too much memory on the computer, please have an option to lower down the memory of the app on the desktop.

  19. In addition to the 3 main status options (Available, Do Not Disturb and Invisible), there is an editable status designation. This option has 6 defaults with a corresponding emoji (Out of office, In a meeting, etc.) or one can edit the phrase and emoji. None of the 3 I use are among the defaults so I need to retype and reselect an emoji every time I change my location. It would be nice if I could edit the default list to replace 3 given with ones I use so that process to change was a single mouse click.
