  3. ...egrated telephony.. The Call waiting audio alert currently only works when the existing call is answered from the RingCentral app. However, there are clients who use integrated apps such as Salesforce which has a RingCentral dialer built-in which would benefit from this setting.

  7. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   8. A feature that guaranteed to use a RC International Thailand Number as an outbound caller ID to make an out bound calls to Local Thailand Numbers. Currently it keeps changing Random outbound caller ID keeps changing like +69711915668971 / (+6971191600869) It works with US /Singapore/ AU numbers but not within Thailand Local calls.

  10. The customer asked whether we have this feature. Basically, the customer's process is they will have to read aloud a certain script in the live call for recording and compliance. Since they have to say it every time they receive calls, they would rather have a pre-recorded audio that they can click on and will play and be included in the call recording.

  11. When placing audio calls, there is an easy to access volume control. The only way to adjust volume in a video call is to go into the 'test audio and video' settings to get to it. Please provide a much faster means of controlling the volume inside the video call.

  15. When sending new text messages the option to select an outbound SMS number from the main number or the direct number is available. However, when there is a missed call and I opt to click the text option under the missed call it allows me to text the missed call number but no option to change sms outbound number it defaults to the direct line and we would like the option to default it to the company number or have the dropdown option.

  16. Looking for an option to notify the sender that SMS is not supported.SMS seems to be showing "sent" to the sender. even the customer's SMS is not enabled/supported yet. is seems that SMS from clients was ignored.

  20. Need to share MAC audio in the RingCentral Video Meeting. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.
