The red dot for unread messages and unvisited missed call logs is plain; It should have variety wherein it should show green for messages, red for missed calls, and other types.

Ability to switch SMS ID on multi-site location
Multi-site has option to change caller ID for outbound calls however for SMS, it doesn't have option to select SMS ID. It automatic to the Digital line number. It would be better to have this option to strengthen the multi-site settings distinguishing it from the main number or location. Giving us flexibility in selecting the virtual number (serving us main number) on that location as SMS ID when sending out SMS to our clients. Just so they know that's us texting them.Having separate settings such as the change of SMS ID for different location on multi-site settings would be beneficial…

Express Link to work with email filters
Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.

Automatically forward the call to voicemail when there are no available agents left in the queue.
we want is if no agent available or ready call shall go to voicemail regardless what was set on the "Maximum caller wait time in queue".

Do not request feedback from customers once they have been asked
Customers would like to not have to be asked for feedback at the current pace. Some feel that it excessive, especially when they are asked on each case they submit. Please consider adjusting the process on requested feedback for customers.

RingCentral app support for older operating systems
Customer wants to use the RingCentral desktop client on an older operating system (Windows 7), but is being hindered by technical limitations. Customer wishes that even the latest versions of the RingCentral desktop client gets supported on future updates.

User Status Visibility when Messaging is Turned Off in the RC App
Whether or not the Messaging is turned on, the users/members' statuses should still reflect for others to know if the person is busy or on a call or not as a hint so you do not have to disturb the person if they are in the middle of something important.

Download call recording with the name or number of the caller.Call recording should at least included the name or the number or date and time of the calls, in order for the customer to identify the call recording easily.For now customer is downloading the call recording and they are manually updating the file as per their reference

Allow for a Samsung Routine that changes status message
I want to set up a Samsung Routine (automation) where if I leave the office my Status Message changes to "Away from Office" or my Profile gets set to Do Not Disturb. Doesn't seem like those are options but I'd like them to be!

Group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from
I wanted to group/ categorize incoming faxes based on the contacts they were received from. I tried grouping existing contacts but the incoming faxes still come in one-by-one manner. As my users have to open check each and every fax to know the contents, that has made it difficult to categorize my numerous incoming faxes.

Ability to Adjust Message Panel
The message panel (Favorites, Direct Message) are still eating up about 1/3 of the app screen even after adjusting it to the narrowest option available. Looking for the ability or option to adjust it more to make it narrower to give more space to the expanded message column.
