Enhance Call Waiting for Mobile App
The customer would like not to put the current call on hold while there is a second incoming call via the mobile app. They would like to still hear the current call to inform them of the second incoming call before getting put on hold. This occurs on the mobile app via iOS.

Ability to have an option to "copy link" of Call Recordings on the RingCentral Desktop App.
The way that link can be copied on the web app via URL portion, there should also be an additional copy recording link on the RC Desktop app, making it shareable across the account users with permission to access it.

Chromebook log-in sync to RingCentral App
We have SSO turned on. Most users are on a chromebook. We need to access the app glip. We are looking for an option to sync the log in however it is setup to log in first in RingCentral not sync even using the option for SSO. The glip app does not always work unless we connect to Ring Central first -
