I am very frustrated trying to split the phone dial pad, call history list and the voicemail.. it shows the dialpad, the call history, and the voicemail list next to each other under the phone screen, with options to remove some, separate some, but not side by side. why would I want so many categories together on one visibiliy access point without the option to split or reconfigure? if I prefer the popout dial pad, why would i prefer 3 categories side by side to flip through, with a massive blank screen to the right of it? not that I…

  4. It would be useful if HOLD was enabled automatically when you hit the TRANSFER button on the mobile app. Right now, hitting the transfer button only brings up the directory, but the caller can still hear background noises while the user is trying to find the person to transfer the call to.

  6. Currently, our office is set up so that when receiving or making a call, users can use either their desk phone or the RingCentral desktop app if their computer has a microphone. Most of our users prefer to use the desk phone, or need to due to not having a microphone with their computer, but find the desktop app's UI to be easier to understand and use than the desk phone's interface. I need help with updating settings in app such as phone settings and notifications to make it the same for all users and the possibly lock out the setting change.The settings in the app I want to change are enabling the click to dial for all users which is under the phone settings and then under the notifications settings I want to set call-waiting audio alert to silent for all users.We should be able to centrally control these app settings for our users, but there doesn't appear to be a way like there is for settings templates and role permissions.

  13. Hi, My client does not have a receptionist nor do they have dedicated staff to each phone. When the calls come in they go to the call queue and if a vmail is left, one of the members in that call queue would need to address it and delete it from the queue after it's addressed. This would be extremely useful in scenarios similar to my client's, possibly call centers, or any other scenario where multiple call queues are being utilized, especially for after hour voicemails.   17. We currently use the events calendar to notify coworkers of day-of checks for our files. These are linked to specific groups for different purposes. The sidebar for the group chat helps as a quick view for where the pertinent info needs to show as information is updated/added/etc in relation to that event in that group. It helps that we can shift between each tab in that side bar, but the reset between message groups/open and close of the program is unhelpful and feels tedious to adjust.
