  1. It would be better if there will be a feature that would restrict some users to change anything from the app but they can only send faxes through it.

  2. In addition to the 3 main status options (Available, Do Not Disturb and Invisible), there is an editable status designation. This option has 6 defaults with a corresponding emoji (Out of office, In a meeting, etc.) or one can edit the phrase and emoji. None of the 3 I use are among the defaults so I need to retype and reselect an emoji every time I change my location. It would be nice if I could edit the default list to replace 3 given with ones I use so that process to change was a single mouse click.

  5. We have finished with the SMS registration for about two weeks. Last step was to assign the numbers to the campaign. We are still getting a message banner when we launch Ring Central and it is confusing some of the users into thinking they need to do something to complete the registration process. Could we please have the message turned off or have an option to turn it off in the admin portal?

  6. We use the old RC Phone app still largely because this feature does not exist yet in the newer desktop app. Currently, texts can be forwarded to a new number but cannot be edited before sending.

  7. When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

I am very frustrated trying to split the phone dial pad, call history list and the voicemail.. it shows the dialpad, the call history, and the voicemail list next to each other under the phone screen, with options to remove some, separate some, but not side by side. why would I want so many categories together on one visibiliy access point without the option to split or reconfigure? if I prefer the popout dial pad, why would i prefer 3 categories side by side to flip through, with a massive blank screen to the right of it? not that I…

  13. This new feature will allow the users to change their voice on RingCentral Apps into something else. We can also apply this feature on making phone calls / receiving calls.One best sample is to sound like a grandmother, robot, male, female, child, chipmunks and more..This is ideal during fun events, confidential calls, meeting and conference or a mystery shopper trying out the skills of their users on handling certain events or situation.

  16. ...o the admin portal.. This will allow the manager to log off members that should not be taking calls in a call queue. This is faster t access on the RC app instead of going to the admin portal.

I need help with updating settings in app such as phone settings and notifications to make it the same for all users and the possibly lock out the setting change.The settings in the app I want to change are enabling the click to dial for all users which is under the phone settings and then under the notifications settings I want to set call-waiting audio alert to silent for all users.We should be able to centrally control these app settings for our users, but there doesn't appear to be a way like there is for settings templates and role permissions.

  20. Need to be able to share MAC system audio on the RingCentral Video meetings. Currently, Mac users can only share computer audio when they are sharing a Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser tab.
