Incoming Call Announcement - Press 1 - Disable for Queues

When you want to simultaneously ring non-RingCentral devices with your RC app, and you go to answer the call on that device, it will play an announcement to press 1 to confirm the call. You are able to disable that for your direct calls, but for Call Queue Calls, you cannot set the option to "never" or disable it.

    I'm new to Ring Central and I can't believe this cannot be turned off. WHY!?! SO frustrating! Someone please explain

    Please let us delete it on queue calls, it is 1 or 2 more seconds added to my customer['s wait time to speak to a human. I don't want to lose business over this. Otherwise we are very happy with Ring Central.

    Yes we need to be able to disable this for non RC devices to answer calls!

    I must be able to disable this option " press option1 to answer call".

    This is very complicated for our outside answering service when we don't get to the phone, we want it to go out to them but now you have to press 1 to answer the call.
