  4. As a USER of RingCentral Service Web, we have a number of users who are colour blind. If a user has Achromatopsia this means most, if not all graphics are impossible to read. We can easily resolve this by using a similar process on Service Web and the RingCentral App, by using textures as well as colours. For example. Green Dots.   5. Multi-site has option to change caller ID for outbound calls however for SMS, it doesn't have option to select SMS ID. It automatic to the Digital line number. It would be better to have this option to strengthen the multi-site settings distinguishing it from the main number or location. Giving us flexibility in selecting the virtual number (serving us main number) on that location as SMS ID when sending out SMS to our clients.   10. I have a call-in talk show. Every time I'm "on a call" and other callers ring in, when I click (ANSWER AND HOLD) it puts the "active" caller on hold rather than the new callers. This is a big problem on my side. Please help!

  12. It would be useful to have the ability to apply your own label to phone status. As an admin, I need to know why someone may be logged out of taking calls. The most necessary labels would be "Lunch" and "15 Minute Break". Doing this allows the administrators and co-workers to know why someone is not available. It may also be helpful to allow for scheduling this status as a user and an administrator. Thanks,Eric

  17. As mentioned earlier, I've come across a system bug that affects the entire setup. To illustrate, I'm an admin who has created a team chat and added users. Some of these users are listed in the company directory, while others aren't (I unchecked a box in the admin portal). Now, for those who aren't in the company directory, their names don't show the three dots, meaning that you can't delete them or grant them admin permissions. As for those listed in the company directory, everything works smoothly. This issue needs immediate attention and a prompt fix. Let's escalate it ASAP!…
