Providing an option when a user is not included in the company directory in managing TEAM CHAT
As mentioned earlier, I've come across a system bug that affects the entire setup. To illustrate, I'm an admin who has created a team chat and added users. Some of these users are listed in the company directory, while others aren't (I unchecked a box in the admin portal). Now, for those who aren't in the company directory, their names don't show the three dots, meaning that you can't delete them or grant them admin permissions. As for those listed in the company directory, everything works smoothly. This issue needs immediate attention and a prompt fix. Let's escalate it ASAP! Basically, these options are unable to delete/remove users from the RC app > Message > Teams/Group conversation even though I am the Admin and creator of the Teams/Group conversation.
