Ability to Paste Contact Names Into New Text Message
We would love to copy contact names from an excel doc & paste those, in mass, into the 'TO' field of a new message, so we can send that message up to 100 people. Now you have to manually start typing in the name & then select it. This isn't preferable for a text going out to 100 contacts

Update the article about "Log Out of RingCentral Phone for Desktop"
Customer called in and asked on how to log out his RC desktop app. The customer advised that he followed the instruction in support.ringcentral.com (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Log-Out-RingCentral-Phone-Desktop.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_Phone&language=en_US ), however, was not able to find the log-out button in Settings. Instead, we were able to find it in Display Picture (top -left of the app) then Sign-Out. Please update the article. Thank you!

Share computer audio through desktop app RC MVP
Many users have migrated over from RC Meetings which is retired. We would like to be able to share computer audio in the desktop app rather than using the web app version to share computer audio.

Require PIN for recordings outside of Admin Portal
Only those with access to the Admin Portal should be able to freely access call recordings. If this option remains on the app, a PIN should be required to listen and download recordings.

customer would still want to be notified of a new message even if the app is in the foreground and the conversation is currently in view, at the moment only notifications for other conversations as long as they are not in view sends notifications

If using the desktop app for a call, having random windows notifications going off is very distracting.

Call history is inaccurate when using RingOut
When a call is placed by using the RingOut feature the Call History shows your own name as the call recipient. I didn't call myself! The Call History should not show my name only... it should show the person I called -- even if I use the RingOut feature. This needs to be changed.We opened a support case to report this issue and were told that the system is working as intended. The system should show the person I called -- it should not show my name.
