Customization of audio source in the RingCentral App
Is it possible to customize the softphone to process the audio stream differently? In case of language neutralization, we don’t want to send the support person’s audio stream directly over call. We instead want the translated stream to be passed over the call. It would require customization in the softphone. Will we have the option for such customizations in the softphone audio stream handling flow? Is the audio stream a dual channel?
