Notification when logged out of mobile app
I noticed that the mobile app doesn't stay logged in if you don't use it for maybe 2 or 3 weeks at a time. For people that do not receive calls very often, I think it would be beneficial to be notified when the RingCentral app is no longer logged in on their mobile device. Otherwise, one runs the risk of missing a call.

Notes Section in Contacts should appear when making outbound calls
It would be helpful to add a note section in each contact, a label section for a custom name, and the company and first name would show together when calling.

Add more emojis to Avaya
If you use the Avaya app on the iPhone, you can use the emojis on the keyboard. If you use the desktop Avaya app you don't have the full access to emojis like you have on mobile. Is there any way of increasing the emoji library on the desktop app?

Sync profile photo of User using main company number as SMS ID
We need to have the profile photo synced whenever we send SMS using the same number. Support advised that this is working by design, but it would really benefit us in determining Users who send SMS using the main company number.

Key press will route directly to an external number without adding licensed extension
Want to be able to choose key presses and route directly to an external number and call go to voicemail if the customer/client will not dial any numberI don't want to add a different licensed extension for this feature. Fax Portal for Staff with out Phones
I have staff that do no have log ins/phone because they do not make phone calls for the business. However, they do help with faxing. It would be great to have a central website log in to fax only (much like nextiva) so I do not need to share my phone credentials or email credentials for a person to send a fax that does not have an extension.

One-Page View of Directory/Status
With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). Make Dynamics 365 for mobile work like on desktop
Hello, I am a RingCentral subscriber and we are implementing a new Dynamics 365 environment with RingCentral integration. It works fine from Edge or Chrome on the desktop, but on the mobile app Dynamics wants to use the native iPhone dialer to call out. There should be an integration for the RingCentral mobile, or a way to set RingCentral as the native outbound dialer for iPhone.
