  3. Can you just add a Scheduled Meetings button for webinars already on the schedule so we can send them out to people? I cannot find where they are once scheduled and I need to send reminders out to the team.

  4. I think it would be a good idea if calling internal colleagues in ring central to be able to make a video call or be able to in a phone call a trigger button to make the call a video call, rather than having to hang up and a arrange a separate call on ringcentral meetings.

  5. Its helpful to be able to see your "favorites" if they are on a call prior to calling or transferring a call. Please import full HUD functionality into new RC app under the phone part. Thanks!

  8. Currently, when adding another user to an existing ad hoc discussion, it creates a new discussion. The problem is all the history from the discussion is lost. A better option is to add the new user into the existing discussion.

  9. It would be really beneficial to be able to run analytics on Glip usage. We are using it to tell if remote workers are online and attending to messages, however there isn't any report that we can run to confirm our observations with data.

  10. Whenever I open / launch my RingCentral Application on my Android Phone I can see that the default page/ is the Messages I want to have the ability to change it to the Phone tab

  14. I need to be in some channels to get help from people in the channel. But every time someone pings the "@Team" for that channel, I don't need to be notified because the message is relevant for that "Team", while I'm not on the team, I'm just there to talk to some of the people on that team.

  18. All day calendar events that cross multiple days should end at 23:59 on the last day. Currently they end at 00:00 and do not show on that day in the calendar view. This will bring the new unified application in alignment with the classic version, the mobile version and basically every other calendaring application in use today.

It would be fantastic if the new RingCentral App for Desktop would incorporate the same Plantronics/Poly headset integration that exists in the Phone app. Right now, when using a Plantronics headset, the modern Desktop app does not know how to handle button presses on the headset for answering/hanging up or muting/unmuting. All call controls have to be done from the app itself instead of allowing for headset control.
