When on hold for a minute customer would like to automate SMS to send the caller SMS providing options depends on their company preference (Trigger is not available on RingCentral Automator)

Silent Incoming Call Notification
The Mobile App should provide an option for Silent Incoming Call Notifications, where the incoming call pop-up is displayed without playing a ringtone.
Alternatively, the app could allow users to upload custom MP3 files as ringtones, enabling the use of a silent audio file to achieve the same behavior. This would give users flexibility to configure their preferred notification style.

Change the name for the numbers in the RC app when choosing the outbound caller ID
We are using the RC app for some time now, every time we try to call outbound and choose what caller ID to use it only shows the number as Direct number, primary number, we would like to be able to set a name for the number so we can easily remember which location the number is assigned to.

Incoming Calls Source Information
It's better if there is a section in the Admin Portal and the RC app where RingCentral users will be able to identify the platform (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp) that callers are using to place their outbound call to our RingCentral number. To be able to see where they're calling from will help the business.

When searching, it looks like there is a limit to the amount of data that can be exported at a time. I wanted to confirm:
We want to be able to choose a specific user, then export the entire history of all data (calls, voicemails, messages, SMS) that has been sent/received by the specific user.

Remove Time Limit on OTP
I would like the timer on the OTP to be turned off. When a new caller logs into a caller account, it sends an OTP to our email. The RingCentral OTP is only valid for a short period of time. I would like this to be turned off or at least extended so it can be input within a longer period of time.

Agent App - Display internal Agent Name when calling an internal Skill
We have team leaders that have an Agent Assist skill to help agents with customers. When an Agent calls into that Skill, only the Agent's callerID gets displayed when the call rings to the team leader. Team Leaders would love for the Agent's name to be displayed instead.

missed call on the main number
Currently, A missed call on the main number where someone dials a company's primary phone number but the call is not answered, not routed to an extension, or not picked up by any available user or department. The call log does not appear for any users or extensions app. Only the assigned operator receives an email notification about the missed call, but it does not show up in the app. Could you consider updating the system to at least register such missed calls in the super admin’s app for better tracking, even if the caller did not make a selection?

Remove the ability of a non-super admin to change their Outbound Caller ID on the App.

Device alert to have a timing condition (ie offline for mor than X hours)
Improve the offline devices alerts. Right now the platform can send an alert from Analytics when more than 1 device is offline at a location. Looking for the ability to put a timeframe to be alerted after a device has been offline for more than 72hrs.
