the option to change call log reports file format
currently call log reports are emailed only in zip format, we do not accept zip files, they are held for security reasons. Would be nice to have the option to change the file format sent via email to .pdf or .csv instead.

Ending one call in a 3-party call
When I am on a call then add another party to the call, I am unable to hang up with just one of the parties. This is incredibly irritating. For example, I was on a call today with a colleague who was shadowing me. Each time I made a call to a client, I needed to hang up both calls, including the call with my colleague, then call him back. This needed to happen about 7 or 8 times within one hour. How can this feature not be available? When does a person not want to end a call with…

Enable Short Code Dial Plan
Multiple countries have dial plans which frequently overlap external short codes. Today's dial plan logic attempts to process any dialed digits less-than or equal to the maximum extension length as an internal call. There should be a dial plan to determine when the digits dialed are either a valid extension or short code, so calls are routed correctly

RingCentral for Outlook on MAC Devices
Hi Team, one of our valued customer's Ms. Marrian and her colleague needs to have their Microsoft Outlook be connected or integrated to their RingCentral application so that they can seamlessly utilize RC Services using their outlook. Additional Out of office/Vacation Voicemail recording
Currently we are only able to have a "during business hours" and "after hours" voicemail recordings and if we ever go out of office, we have to record over what we currently have. It would be really nice to have a third option for "out of office/vacation" so that we can just turn on that voicemail instead of always having to rerecord when we get back from vacation.

QR code login from Mobile app to desktop app
It would be really cool to be able to scan a QR code on a desktop with the mobile app, and log into the desktop that way. Similar to having a hot desk phone

Google Voice - Calls started from this device's phone app.
Under the settings on Google Voice App. there is the option for Calls started from this device's phone app, allowing the user to use their Google Voice number when calling from their device's Native phone app. It allows the user to use their Google Voice number for all calls, never, or ask user before each call initiated from the user's native phone app.This would also be great if you could implement this same option into the user's native SMS app as well.

Turn off all tabs in MVP app, except for Video.
Customer is using the MS Teams Direct Routing integration (UC). They have expressed the need to have 1 streamlined platform instead of having their users on multiple platforms and products doing the same things. They would like to have their users to perform all of their IB/OB calling and internal messaging through MS Teams. However they do have a need for some of their users to utilize RCV. Using an app on another device should cancel cell phone notifications
My cell phone rings when I get a call even when I'm actively using my computer and when I answer a text on the computer, the push notification remains in the notification list on my phone. I would like for my phone to only be used for notifications if I've been idle on my computer for a while (and the idle time should be customizable) and for the push notifications to be automatically removed once I've seen them on my computer.

Be able to lock the app window to a specific size and be able to lock the app window and/or dock the app window to a specific position on one of our screens. (Currently, always opens too large and way off screen, so that I am challenged to grab it and get it back to where I can use it and in moving it, it stretches super-wide. It needs better sizing and docking and locking features.)

my company has different divisions, i am the contact for 2 of them, i would like to be able to receive my text messages through one ring central app. right now, at night, i miss the texts from one of the extensions.

Increase ease of access to number pad when on a phone call.
For users who deal with a lot of phone menus it would be very nice to either have an option to default to number pad when calling or have a keyboard shortcut.

Able to Receive Multiple Calls if A Member of a Call Queue
We would like to be able to see calls come in through a call queue even if the user is on an existing call.

Allow Dialpad to open in standalone window that can be moved outside of the app.
Allowing the dialpad window to move outside the app would allow a user to make calls easily without having to utilize as many computer resources and screen real estate. The app will already open a standalone window when a call is received, so it just makes sense to be able to send an outbound call in a similar manner.

Easily add Contact Center numbers and RingCentral IVR extensions to the company directory
We would like there to be an easy way to add numbers or extensions to the company directory so that our agents can easily search and call or transfer calls to the number/extension.
