Allow to answer incoming call from other user using RingCentral App
Since HUD can monitor the users/other extension, we can add an option to answer incoming call from another user using the RingCentral application.

Having the option to remove the pop up for inbound calls
I am referring to the pop up from inbound calls. Depending on what screen I'm am currently on, it will pop up and interrupt any typing until I move it. And since I can't type while looking at the screen ill type whole messages and not have anything typed.

Please add an optional setting to automatically forward all calls when on a call or video.
When on a call, there is currently no way to automatically silence or forward incoming calls. This is disruptive to the current call, especially because the ringing of the incoming call is louder than the person on the current call. The user can choose to send the incoming call to voicemail, but there are still several second of disruption which can be very distracting. The solution would essentially mean making the user automatically enter DND mode when they are on a call or video.

Add an option to pin the "active call" window for desktop app
I find myself often searching frantically for the "end call" or "hang up" button when a call ends. I use my computer with a headset for calling, and frequently when a call ends I have to click around to find the "hang up" button because it's been hidden by other programs that I've used during the call. I would find it helpful to be able to pin the "active call" window to the "front" so that it remains visible. That would help me to find it more quickly when my call is finished - or in a situation where I…

Change SMS number to reflect outbound number
When agent is making a call & SMS he needs all numbers to reflect the same so it is not confusing to the clients. Right now he is calling from 407-604-0254 and the SMS is coming from 407-723-7163. We tried switching it to the 407-604-0254 number but does not allow number to be changed. Ring Central Rep Ralph tried to change it on the back end and was not able to do so. He suggested I add an idea here. This is super important for our agents and we need it done ASAP.

Mic Mode on Mac
Apple has Mic Mode in their control center that has different options for your mic that allows you to control the input. Whenever I use my airpod pros through my Mac, the background noise is amplified and makes it extremely hard for the person on the other end to hear. Using the Voice Isolation mic mode would fix this completely but it is not integrated with ringcentral.

Disable the option for a user to change their display name associated with their assigned number. Allow it to only be changed by admins.

Mute other sounds when taking calls on RingCentral Desktop app

Allow mobile app to be logged into multiple users simultaneously or take advantage of Android's "dual messenger" function
Android's dual messenger function allows you to run multiple instances of the same app simultaneously on one device. This allows you to be signed in to multiple accounts, or in this instance, multiple extensions, at the same time on the same device. The reason that I find this potentially helpful is because I am not able to receive messages(sent to our main number) while I am logged into my personal extension on the app.

Rename a phone number during a conference meeting when they dial in
Hello Dev, I hope you are having a great day. Context: we created a meeting using RingCentral Scheduler in Outlook. As you know, this allows us to send an email containing RC link to the meeting and the dial in phone number with access code. Delete Missed Call History
We have been told it is not within the system parameters for my phone app to "know" that someone else in the office has answered a phone call, thereby creating a HUGE Missed Call list in my App. I would like to suggest adding a feature to allow us to delete my entire Missed Call History at one time, like it is possible to delete All Call History. Increasing Paging Only group to more than 25 devices
I have a client that needs to use this feature for tornado warnings, tornado drills, fire drills, mass alerts to the company. They have 75 devices on hand in various rooms throughout the facility and need to be able to page all of them to alert individuals in the building of an emergency.

Disable HUD park notification
Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.
