  1. Admin should be able to define a list of subdomains and domains for which links will never show link previews. For example, suppose an organization often shares links to another app's pages where their staff has to be logged in. I would suggest this is true for most of your clients. In the current paradigm, the "Please Log In" preview is shown every time these links are shared and the preview is not useful at all. Sometimes we share 10+ such links.   6. It would be nice if RingCentral were able to change the sign in page when forcing SSO: Either:

    A: Force/Change the Single Sign In button to only appear
    B: Change the Sign In page to only show Email Address as an option, since Phone Number will no longer work.Current setup is deceptive to End Users, since the sign in page shows you can use either your phone number or email address, when the phone number option no longer works. If a user imports their entire personal contact directory and then later you would like to clear the personal directory out (in case you want to transfer the number/account to a different user for example), it is not possible to simply delete the entire list or to even select more than one contact at once (on desktop or mobile!)

  12. The notification sounds for direct messages, text messages, etc. routes to the same speaker/audio that is chosen for phone calls. For me, I use a headset for the phone, but I don't wear the headset when I'm not on a call. Because of this, I don't hear any notification sounds and miss direct messages/text messages. Since there is already a setting to allow incoming phone calls to play on my computer's speakers, I should be able to set it so that notification sounds are routed to the computer speakers, as well.

I would like to have the application on my phone to be silent but I would still like to receive calls on the computer and on my extension device as normal not as in silent mode or do not disturb, basically changing the status of the application on my phone should not change the status on all the other devices connected to my account.

I support about 50 RingCentral users across 3 different companies and I can tell you that most of them have an outdated RingCentral app.There is no Check for Updates button or link like Zoom which is a real pain as it requires manual labour to update their clients, of which, most prefer an IT support person to do.I have a ticket opened with RingCentral Support and their guidance to me was to reinstall the app to get the latest version....(duh) they said there should be an automatic update pop-up but we haven't seen one.The cost of the labour alone for…

  16. Right now, we have users whose settings change when they restart their computer. One in particular is their audio settings. They use a different speaker source for calls than the default computer speaker. The settings keep reverting back to the computer default instead of the user selected output.

  19. We have employees in all time zones. When I add an all day calendar event in CST timezone, then the employee in PST timezone sees it incorrectly. CST Timezone entry 12 AM CST to 12 PM CST. PST employee sees it as 10 PM PST (the day before) due to the time difference of 2 hours.

  20. 98% of my outbound calls do not connect or have no audio when using my Android App. If a client calls me it works great. For someone who works out of the office, this is very frustrating and unprofessional. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and needs to be addressed asap. If this is not corrected, our company will need to find another program to use.
