New message indicator on collapsed file folderIn 'Message' area of Ring Central App: If I have a file folder created with multiple chat groups under it, and the file folder is collapsed (which the App often does - another feature I would like changed - once expanded, keep it expanded unless I manually close it). So if the file folder is collapsed, I would like to see a 'new message' indicator (could be a small circle with number of new messages, could be the file folder type turns 'BOLD') - some way for me to know there's a new message in any one of the multiple… 6 votes

Customizable Outbound TXT/SMS/MMSWould like to see the ability to setup a customizable outbound txt message ID, currently only the RC operator can sent sms/txt messages from the primary line. We currently have our operator notifications setup to send inbound txt/sms messages via email to several team members and they reach out by phone directly to the client. Which is a painful workaround / experience. Ideally we would prefer to respond directly via txt message, however that would revival our private/direct call centre numbers which defeat our inbound IVR setup. If it was possible to be able to mask the outbound text/sms messages… 3 votes

Contact Search - Include DetailsIn the old Ring Central Phone app when you searched in the contacts app the search included all fields, including company name. The new app does not do this.Might be worth while to expand the search range to include all details. 4 votes

Option to connect an application to a RingCentral number in receiving MFAI have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into. 3 votes

Avaya App - Print to FaxThe RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Status sync with MAX agent and RC appWhen someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app. 5 votes
