  1. Do Not Disturb for all alerts from RC mobile and desktop app-including Messaging not just phone calls

    The auto DND when in a meeting for incoming calls is great however can it be build or a new feature be built for either all RC notifications to be auto DND while in a meeting or at least to include Messaging/Text notifications as well?

  2. Option to connect an application to a RingCentral number in receiving MFA

    I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

  3. Do Not Disturb(DND) with time duration

    You should be able to set the do not disturb setting to expire after a certain period of time, rather than having to remember to go in and turn it off. Sometimes we set it just for a meeting and then realize the next day it is still set to do not disturb.

  4. Avaya App - Print to Fax

    The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

  5. New Layout Should Also Include Timestamps of Call Logs

    Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

  7. Status sync with MAX agent and RC app

    When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

  8. Sync contacts from desktop app to desk phone

    Contacts that I added on the Ring Central application is not appearing on the desk phone (VVX 450)It will be helpful I will not need to add it directly to the desk phone one by one and just add the contacts on the app and will sync it to the desk phone.

  10. Extended hold time limit for RingCentral Mobile App for iOs and Android users

    The customer would like to improve the hold time limit using the RingCentral Mobile App.Unlike on the RingCentral Desktop App, no time limit on how long they want to place the call on hold without auto disconnecting the call.The customer tested the hold time limit for their iPhone and Android phone and after 5 minutes of holding time the call is automatically disconnects.

  12. Ability to Add Account even if the extension is not an actual user. Like Message only extension

    Need to have an option to add message only extension on the RingCentral Desktop app or Web App so I can switch my account that has a digital line and the message only extension

  14. Add optional pin to access RingCentral app on mobile device.

    Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

    Hi there.Windows 10RC Desktop version 22.1.31.2866 Windows (x64)I sync my iPhone contacts to Microsoft 365 and have connected RC Contacts to Microsoft 365 as a viable way to sync my mobile phone contacts list with RC.I have many contact entries which comprise a business name entered in the Company field, with no Firstname or Lastname entered as it's an entry for a company or business, not a person.RC does not dislay the Company name in Contacts.   17. Attachment to show on failed fax - application.

    It would be best if the attachments also show when the fax fails when sent via the app. It seems to just work when sending faxes via the admin portal.

  19. Breakout rooms should be allowed for the participants in the video meeting

    Because in a meeting of 10 or 20 people. Members could go into a breakroom with whomever they wish to meet and have a dialogue in private then return to the main meeting to collaborate with the rest of the team. This allows for brainstorm sessions without having to wait for the meeting creator to assign them into a break out room. Thanks
