Status sync with MAX agent and RC app
When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

Extending the display of Upcoming Meetings
It would be much more helpful to see a list of scheduled upcoming video meetings on the video page under upcoming meetings that extends beyond the day or a couple of days. In Zoom, a user is able to see all scheduled meetings. Even though my calendar is linked and I can see the meetings in calendar bookings, there are not visible to me in the RingCentral app. This is a huge flaw in my opinion.

RC Messaging - “Notify me when available”.
Skygen (Jake) wanted to chat with someone who was off-line at the time. In Teams, he would right-click on the person’s name and select, “Notify me when available”. I spend a couple minutes looking for it, but didn’t find how to do a similar function in RC on the MVP side of the house

Sync desk phone status to RingCentral app
Need a feature to synchronize the status of a desk phone to the RingCentral apps. Example: If the Yealink device will be set to DND, the RingCentral apps status should change to DND as well.

Ability to Update/Edit Scheduled Meeting within a Week or Month via RingCentral App
Currently, the max view that we can see in the RingCentral App for scheduled meetings is 3 days. We wanted to have the option to view the meetings that were scheduled ahead of time Weeks or Months. We are used to using GoToMeeting where if you schedule a meeting for the future…like a board meeting…and that meeting has a password, you can change the password at any time. With RingCentral, you have to wait until the meeting is less than three days away in order to change it. That isn’t useful at all for us.

Keep SMS history indefinitely
We service our customers on a simi annual basis and we lose the history of our SMS conversations with those customers every few months (it does not show up on the desktop app/mobile app). Currently, we have to start a "new" text conversation everytime we reach out to our customers because we do not know what was said during our previous converstion with them. It is VERY helpful to be able to see ALL of the communciation that we have had with that specific customer in the past! Please fix this.

Allow logging in with message-only extension using the desktop/web applications.
We are only allowed to login using the message-only extension credentials with the mobile app/admin portal. It will be very helpful if we can log in with the desktop/web app.

Add option to reduce background sounds (output) instead of mute them at all.
During a call, right now, you can either let 100% of the background sounds, or 0% (mute them). It would be great to add options for level this.

Archive Internal Messages
It would be a better way to keep records of Internal Messages, rather than using Message Data Export, which comes in a form of a report/log (not very User friendly).

MFA Validation
Our MFA validation code gives us 60 seconds to type in and it is taking 120 seconds for the code to come in to our mailbox, so we aren't able to validate the code in time. Can we change the amount of time the code is good for to 5 minutes instead of 1?

Enable Hot-Desk on all Phones
Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

Identify a saved contact using the company name
Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

New message indicator on collapsed file folder
In 'Message' area of Ring Central App: If I have a file folder created with multiple chat groups under it, and the file folder is collapsed (which the App often does - another feature I would like changed - once expanded, keep it expanded unless I manually close it). Export List of User's Installed RingCentral Apps Version
This feature in the Admin Portal would be very useful to Account Administrators to identify, audit and manage Users who are still using old versions of Apps for inventory purposes.

New Layout Should Also Include Timestamps of Call Logs
Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.
