Ability to label a fax on the list
Right now, the fax is labeled with who it is from in the inbox.We would like to be able to label each fax for our purposes (ie, what it is)Then we could scan the list to find the faxes we need, rather than having to open up each one to see what it is. We were able to do this with our previous provider of faxes.

Archive Internal Messages
It would be a better way to keep records of Internal Messages, rather than using Message Data Export, which comes in a form of a report/log (not very User friendly).

Retain Custom Fax Covers
- Our users log into app.ringcentral.com using the Chrome browser. How can we retain custom fax covers that our users setup for themselves after clearing their browser cache (without having to re-add them all)? We use a mix of ChromeOS and Windows 10/11 OS's. Customizable Outbound TXT/SMS/MMS
Would like to see the ability to setup a customizable outbound txt message ID, currently only the RC operator can sent sms/txt messages from the primary line. We currently have our operator notifications setup to send inbound txt/sms messages via email to several team members and they reach out by phone directly to the client. Which is a painful workaround / experience. Ideally we would prefer to respond directly via txt message, however that would revival our private/direct call centre numbers which defeat our inbound IVR setup. Do Not Disturb for all alerts from RC mobile and desktop app-including Messaging not just phone calls
The auto DND when in a meeting for incoming calls is great however can it be build or a new feature be built for either all RC notifications to be auto DND while in a meeting or at least to include Messaging/Text notifications as well?

Option to connect an application to a RingCentral number in receiving MFA
I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

Avaya App - Print to Fax
The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

New Layout Should Also Include Timestamps of Call Logs
Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

Extended hold time limit for RingCentral Mobile App for iOs and Android users
The customer would like to improve the hold time limit using the RingCentral Mobile App.Unlike on the RingCentral Desktop App, no time limit on how long they want to place the call on hold without auto disconnecting the call.The customer tested the hold time limit for their iPhone and Android phone and after 5 minutes of holding time the call is automatically disconnects.

Add optional pin to access RingCentral app on mobile device.
Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

Presence Indicator
needs to have the presence indicator integrated into the contat view of the RingCentral app
if someone is already using the RC app it should no longer needed to be added on the HUD view just to see if they are on call or not
