    Unread conversations in folders should be visible regardless if the folder is collapsed or not unless they are muted.

  5. Retain Custom Fax Covers

    1. Our users log into app.ringcentral.com using the Chrome browser. How can we retain custom fax covers that our users setup for themselves after clearing their browser cache (without having to re-add them all)? We use a mix of ChromeOS and Windows 10/11 OS's. When we clear cache, our users have to re-upload them all.2. Similar question regarding the RingCentral app on iOS devices. If we remove / reinstall the App, how can our users retain their custom fax covers?As per support: The customized fax cover is currently stored locally according to the design documentation.     Hi there. It would be very handy if RingCentral were available in the macOS share sheet (dev info here). RC is in the iOS and ipadOS share sheets, but forgotten for macOS it seems.

    Need a feature to synchronize the status of a desk phone to the RingCentral apps. Example: If the Yealink device will be set to DND, the RingCentral apps status should change to DND as well.

  10. Reporting Call Quality after Call

    The user is struggling with daily network issues and is seeking assistance in reporting poor-quality calls after a call has ended. We find it inconvenient and manually connect issues to specific calls.This feature is to enable all users to report poor quality even after the call has concluded.

  11. MSI installer with Auto-Install Print to Fax

    -admins can implement/deploy the RingCentral app and it would automatically install Print to Fax-currently, they have to click on Install to get the Print to Fax feature (settings > phone > Fax > Install for "Print to Fax")

  14. Multi-site Forward all Company Call on Mobile App

    Within the Admin Setting on the mobile app (with Admin permissions) There isn't an option to forward all calls on the main IVR/AA menu settings. You can do this if you go to the website on your mobile device, but if there is an urgent need and this feature is already preset there isn't any way to enable quickly. Custom Rules could work but still not ideal. Mimicking the same features on the mobile app would be great.

  15. Turn off voicemail feature when making changes on the acccount.

    We are looking to turn of the feature where when we make a change to a user’s account (ie change users password, role, etc) the user does not receive a VM stating there has been a change made to their account

  18. Delay App Updates When App is in Use

    Customers have stated that the RC MVP App has initiated updates and restarted the application at very inconvenient times. Recently, there was case submitted where an update was auto initiated during a customer's meeting with their department. Application should not be able to auto initiate updates while app is in use. Customers are requesting this be included in a future update of the app.

  20. Ability to Add Call Queue Extension on HUD
