Enable Call Queue Pickup Members feature without requiring the "Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold" option
There is a feature in a Call Queue that allows you to specify Pickup Members for the Queue but it only works if you have the “Enable me to pick up a monitored line on hold” option checked under the User’s Presence settings. But turning that setting on causes the User’s phone to ring when anyone in their Presence list receives a call. So say I have 50 coworkers in my Presence list so that I can call them or forward them calls without having to look up their extension number. And I’m a Pickup Member for this Call Queue.…

Text Send button
Add a 'send' button to send a text similar to the 'send now' on the fax option. Would avoid confusion of how to send a text. I believe the desk phone app had a send button.

RingCentral App should have "Ring out" feature
All our users currently use the “Ring out” feature in RC Phone to send all outbound calls to their desk phones. Because there is no similar feature in the RingCentral app, users either have to dial out on their computer or force the call through the older RC Phone app in order to use the Ring out feature. I am concerned that RC will sunset the RC Phone app, leaving us without an alternative. Anyone that wants to ring their desk phone before the computer or mobile phone would benefit from this feature.

Use RingCentral messages with fillable PDF attachments for people to sign the document.
We have annual assessments for our field Employee signature required. Would be nice to use Ring Central text message with attached fillable PDF file for employee to sign.

Disable press 1 to join a meeting
When inviting someone to a meeting by phone the receiver of the call must press 1 to join. If you're calling a service, like interpretation, where you key in your ID and there isn't a live rep answering the phone then you can't use this feature.

RingCentral Phone App and Unified App Call Queue search/contact parity
The RingCentral Phone app allows you to search for Call Queues by name or extension when transferring or making a call. Receptionists searching for a Call Queue to transfer calls cannot find Call Queues by name or extension.Alternative is to import contacts for each user manually.

Spell Check Language Setting on RC App
Currently, the default language for the RC app is set to US English, even if the local settings of the users' machines are set to a different language. There should instead be an option/feature for spell check to be in different languages on the RC app.

Right side panel displayed with messages, save last displayed, for tasks add option to only show un finished tasks
The right side panel is nice for what it can display, but it should remember what you had displayed last. I would like employees to be able to see their tasks easier, the way it is now everyday you have to change the view to display tasks.There should also be an option to only display un finished task in the right hand panel

Add ability to have custom links on the left hand menu bar
The left hand side menu bar would be more useful if you could add custom links to it, like a link to go directly to Events > All Events > Month view, so you can get there in 1 click instead of 3. This way the things you use most often are easier to access

Manage Meetings from within RC App without linking to Calendar
It would be helpful to be able to manage meetings after they've been created from within the RC App. Once created there's no way to get back to them to change or cancel. There's also no way to see a list of upcoming meetings in the App.It can be done in the RC Meetings App but not the Unified RC Desktop App. Since the RC Desktop App is supposed to be the consolidated place to do everything I would think this should be added to it, especially if the separate apps are going to be phased out next year.

Date stamp / Time stamp viewable on TEXT list
In prior version, you were able to see the date / time stamp along with the body of the text in a list format without having to hover over or click into every text. This makes it difficult to find communications. Please give an option as to how to view messages so we see more than just a list of contact names. We should be able to expand this view to see more information (i.e.: date, time, company name, phone number, body of text).

Alternate View for HUD that obscures name/number
Currently, when showing the active call it also shows to whom the person is talking or the phone number for the person, we would like a way to turn that off so that you can see they are on an active call but you can't see to whom they are talking.

Favorite Contacts in new app.
This currently exists in the RC Phone app, but does not exist in the new RC App for Windows. I use this feature constantly. I would like to be able to use only one app, but I need to continue use of RC Phone in order to access my favorite contacts. Also, why don't all of my contacts that are in RC Phone sync with RC App?

Show status icon for users in left column (like in RC classic)
Ring Central "Classic" would show the icon from a status next to the user name in the left hand column of the app. Hovering over the icon would show the status text (including custom status text). This is not implemented in the new Ring Central App.As we are all working remotely we find this was a good feature. I can tell if someone is simply "out of office", or even "Running" or "Having Lunch".This is NOT the same as DND, it conveys much more information and DND affects other behaviours too.Please re-implement this missing feature in the new Ring Central…
