  4. In the new RC, anytime you enter 1. it starts to autonumber.I can see how this might be useful, however its incredibly aggravating to turn off or disable when you don't want it. I haven't found an easy way to do this. Regardless, its a HUGE struggle when you're trying to type something that ISN'T a list, but Glip is insisting it is a list.Can you please make this easier to turn off?Or maybe assume that if something is preceded with [code], I'm not going to want to auto-number?

  5. When a call ends it would be useful if the call agent was able to select from a list of categories to log what the call was about. This could be customisable from company to company and would be very useful for reporting what percentage of calls relate to what reason.

  8. In my specific role, I send a large number of texts every day that correlates to a set of contacts. Right now they just appear as an endless stream of texts. I would have the option to organize these into folders by date. This would allow me to easily access who I have reached out to and would let me organize them to easily access in the future. I believe having the option to organize contacts and texts and even calls into folders would be invaluable to all departments

  10. We have DIDs assigned as site numbers, and these represent the main line number for the given site/branch. Users within our company would like to be able to easily look up a branch and call the main line number. I would be happy enough if I could just manually add entries to the Company Directory. I'd like these entries to appear when searcing within the GLIP, or when using a physical desk phone.

  11. It is not possible right now to send a photo to a five digit number, it must be a full number. This makes it very difficult when traveling

  12. It would be nice if we could listen to the recorded calls through the mobile app. It always takes me a while to figure out where it's located in the admin panel. Having it available in the app would make it much easier to find and listen to especially if you're not near a computer.

  14. Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

  15. Many mobile apps offer a different view for tablet devices to make best use of the larger screen. I'm envisioning a layout similar to the desktop app, for example on the message tab, have the list of DMs and Teams on the left, and the content for the selected message thread on the right.

  16. When I manually dial a phone number in the Ringcentral app, the touchtone/dtmf sounds are annoying and unnecesary. It would have been cute in 1998.

With a normal video meeting session, we can ONLY share one screen at a time and need to switch between screens. we hope to have a feature in RingCentral applications that we can share 2 monitors or screens at the same time, with this said, the other participants also have 2 monitors/screen to view them simultaneously.

  18. I need to be able to at least answers calls using Android Auto. Currently, it just rings to my phone and I'm not able to grab my phone and answer it while driving.

  19. The Ring Central Classic App had drag and drop functionality for outgoing faxes. This has been lost with the transition to the new app and should be built into it.

  20. the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this basicly makes it an email. The option to scan directly to the fax is needed to simplify the process.
