  1. I work from home and use my cell phone/RC app for the majority of my calls. Aside from seeing my office number, there is not a distinction of personal/work calls. I like seeing the persons number so I can search the account as I am receiving the phone call to help with customer service and the person feeling like we care.   2. I want my clients to only see my mobile number for all calls and text / sms messages sent from my ringcentral account. I want to mask my RingCentral number with my mobile number for both calls and text/sms message.

  3. Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

  4. We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

  5. It would be very efficient if there was a feature where the Ringcentral user is able to download all the pictures sent through Ringcentral by the customer. It is very time-consuming when the user has to go to each picture one by one to download the picture.

  8. Whenever I ignore a call on this app, I keep receiving the call for about 3-4 times before it stops. I would like to keep simultaneous ring on all call queue members. I would like to have an option to not receive calls without using do "do not disturb" or logging out from the app.

  9. We use Google SSO. When we were testing the system we did not have "enforce SSO" enabled and the Google SSO button worked fine. We turned "enforce" on right before going live. SSO now does work if a user clicks on SSO button, or just enters their email, but ironically when we turned on "enforce SSO," the Google SSO button STOPPED working (even though that is the kind of SSO we are using).When a user tries to use the "Google" sign on button they are given the following error message "Your account is enabled for Single Sign-on.   10. When assigning a task to a group, it is not user-friendly for the assignees to mark the task as complete. There are many steps to checking off the task, and it seems like you're doing it the wrong way when really it's the right way. Additionally, one assignee is able to mark a task as complete on behalf of another assignee, which usually happens by accident.   12. WhatsApp has this iOS feature. If you search for a contact using spotlight search, the WhatsApp shows and has a one touch option for going into the app to communicate with that user. It would be nice to have the same RingCentral feature.

  13. When a users desktop app is not activated, this is not reflected in any of the queues they are in, so their extension still rings, can it be set that if the desktop app is not active then neither are the queues

  16. Hello, My company uses a service that only utilizes email and SMS to push notifications. I would like to be able to assign a generic phone number to an RC Team so we can get a notification in said team. Unfortunately, the E-Mail option would just be too slow for what we are trying to accomplish. I had some great support from RC already on this but it seems our only solution at this time is to utilize an individual's number to receive texts which would then be forwarded to the group as an integration.   17. We have users that would like to see the ability to create Custom Labels for the Phone Number for the contact. Creating a custom label instead of using "Other" (or the other predefined labels) would allow them to know exactly what type of number they are calling. EX: We use a vendor for call recording (recording insurance claimants statements) and the ability to add a custom label such as "Call Recording IVR" could be beneficial", especially if a business has several different contact numbers.

  18. It's really annoying to not actually be able to decline a call when we are given the option to deny a call by pressing 2. Sometimes we need it to just go to voicemail and call them back at a more convenient time.

  19. We spend all day in a meeting together since we can't go into the office. We have a lot of daily communication we have to do. However, the click to dial feature would save us a ton of time because we place a minimum of 50 calls a day. So it would great to 1. click to dial 2. pop up box come up to ask whether we want to do the call via cellphone app or desktop app

Now that we have personal folders it would be a big help to be able to set customizable UMI preferences per folder that over-ride app wide settings.e.g.: no UMI for Teams (only bold the title)all unread UMI for Favoritesonly @ UMI for personal folderDirect and @ umi for another personal folder
