Tag specific people within teams.
It would be nice if we could set up specific groups within chats so it could tag only a few people. So if we wanted to set up a tag for management and only notify 5 out of 50 people, we could.

Retain prior "Status" text in history after user Changes their Status
If you set your status for your extension, it displays it beside your name in the messages section. If you change your status, all prior messages also show the new status you enter. This doesn't necessarily work well. What your status is -now- should not be reflected in your previous messages before you changed that status. It should stay what it was at the time you send that message. If I had a status of "Working on fix for E-mail" at 5pm on May 10th, and I send a message to a Team with that status, it should keep that…

Tag Messages
It would be nice to tag messages as they relate to a specific subject. Then when you need to filter through your messages you can sort by "tag" and find the information you need related to the relevant subject.

set retention period for RC App team messages by team
Different types of team require different retention periods - for example we have project teams where the retention period will vary by project life and more social teams where we only need a short period. At the moment, all periods have to be set to the longest. I would like this to be a setting controlled on a team by team basis.

Option to make your self unavailable for a particular queue while being a member of multiple queues
We have employees that are members of two queues, for instance. During random times of the day, they do not need to receive calls from a particular queue.Currently, you can only set your status to either "available" or "unavailable" for all the queues in which you are member. This makes no sense...to be "all" or nothing".There needs to be a way in which the member can make themselves unavailable to receive calls from a particular queue while still receiving calls from the other queues in which they are a member.We only use soft phones and have no physical phones.PLEASE. Make video calls HARDER to click accidentally.
Add a step or move the video call feature. Too many pocket video conferences with large groups. I’m confused as to why it’s so easy to accidentally activate.

Add a distinction for personal/work calls via RC App
I work from home and use my cell phone/RC app for the majority of my calls. Aside from seeing my office number, there is not a distinction of personal/work calls. I like seeing the persons number so I can search the account as I am receiving the phone call to help with customer service and the person feeling like we care. We use a Google Calendar to manage office appointments and meetings. Would be nice to export tasks to the calendar so we can keep everything centralized.

Extension number field for personal contact number
Hi. Our customer would like to add a personal contact numbers and include the extension number. However, there is no field for the extension number. Customer said that this would be more convenient for easily dialing the number and connecting to the right person.

Mass downloading of picture SMS
It would be very efficient if there was a feature where the Ringcentral user is able to download all the pictures sent through Ringcentral by the customer. It is very time-consuming when the user has to go to each picture one by one to download the picture.

Have option to remove oneself from call queue members instantly without using do not disturb status
Whenever I ignore a call on this app, I keep receiving the call for about 3-4 times before it stops. I would like to keep simultaneous ring on all call queue members. I would like to have an option to not receive calls without using do "do not disturb" or logging out from the app.

Group Tasks are Clunky
When assigning a task to a group, it is not user-friendly for the assignees to mark the task as complete. There are many steps to checking off the task, and it seems like you're doing it the wrong way when really it's the right way. Additionally, one assignee is able to mark a task as complete on behalf of another assignee, which usually happens by accident. Add smart dialer (dial by name) to mobile app
The desktop app lets you dial by name, however the mobile app only has a link to the contacts section. Please add the same ability that exists in the desktop app.

Add iOS Spotlight feature to enable dialing via the RingCentral app
WhatsApp has this iOS feature. If you search for a contact using spotlight search, the WhatsApp shows and has a one touch option for going into the app to communicate with that user. It would be nice to have the same RingCentral feature.

if desktop app not enabled then disable queue
When a users desktop app is not activated, this is not reflected in any of the queues they are in, so their extension still rings, can it be set that if the desktop app is not active then neither are the queues

Push SMS notifications to an RC Team
Hello, My company uses a service that only utilizes email and SMS to push notifications. I would like to be able to assign a generic phone number to an RC Team so we can get a notification in said team. Unfortunately, the E-Mail option would just be too slow for what we are trying to accomplish. I had some great support from RC already on this but it seems our only solution at this time is to utilize an individual's number to receive texts which would then be forwarded to the group as an integration. Desktop APP Personal Contacts: Custom Label for Phone Number
We have users that would like to see the ability to create Custom Labels for the Phone Number for the contact. Creating a custom label instead of using "Other" (or the other predefined labels) would allow them to know exactly what type of number they are calling. EX: We use a vendor for call recording (recording insurance claimants statements) and the ability to add a custom label such as "Call Recording IVR" could be beneficial", especially if a business has several different contact numbers.
