Automate Softphone Upgrade/Install
We are looking for a way to upgrade the RingCentral softphone application on user machines without user intervention. We had a previous ticket opened but was told that there was no way to do this at that time. We are trying to see if this is now feasible.

Allow Limited extensions to call paging groups
In our buildings we have a handful of full user phones but most are shared house phones using limited extensions. In an emergency it would be helpful to be able to call a paging group from a limited extension, At present Ring does not allow this.

Ability to add disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral Configuration
Adding disconnecting tone on CISCO phone through RingCentral configuration so we know if call are disconnected. CISCO phone don't have it yet, hopefully RingCentral can add this feature so we have ways to tell if we lost the call already or not.

DND visible on phone - on the physical phones
our firm uses actual phones (yealink) we are unable to see when someone is on DND and therefore we try to intercom them as well as send them calls. We need a way to see if someone is avaialble

Phone contacts sync with Microsoft Outlook
Previously on Mitel, customer was able to sync contacts from phone and Microsoft Outlook. Please add this feature to RingCentral.

Improve Message notification email format (SMS and Voicemail too)
I have configured RC to send new voicemail/SMS notifications to my email, which also texts my phone. My email apps and my phone text alert only show the first 100-200 characters without needing to click and scroll. If someone sends me a message like "No, 4:00" and I'm rushing to make a 3:30 meeting, it is unfortunate to have to tap / open / scroll to see that part. Enter Key in Phone App generates hashtag tone.
When I am in a call and talking to an IVR, the hashtag key is use often. If the Enter key on my numeric keypad generated, that would save time and trouble. Currently the Enter key does nothing, so why not right???

Bulk Deletion & Syncing from App to Phone
We would like to request the option to bulk delete voicemails, texts, call recordings, faxes etc.. and for them to sync with the phone from the app to the phone when bulk deleting.

Add an option to Announce the caller's phone number when listening to voicemails
Add an option to either announce the caller's (phone number / Contact Name / Both / Neither ) when listening to voicemails.This would be useful if the user does not see the caller's information on screen (app, web, desk phone, etc) This would benefit users who listen to voicemailsThis feature could be added in voicemail setup per user/extension/call queue in the same place where Greeting settings are locatedOr it could be grouped with other settings related to "Listening/accessing voicemails"

Allow users to "Forward all calls" to voicemail without recording another greeting
In the "Forward all calls" menu from the app, if the user chooses "Voicemail", the greeting message from this option is separate from the "normal" custom voicemail greeting they have recorded for their voicemail. The app requires you to re-record the greeting a 2nd time at the time of forwarding. Please include an option to use the existing custom greeting that has been recorded.

Select Caller ID
Users should be able to search Area code from the "My caller ID" section. User has to scroll through a number of area codes, it would be a lot easier if users can search area codes and a list of numbers attached to the area code is displayed.

Likes costing you money?
My business isn't text heavy, so my plan is 100 per month. However, I continue to DRAMATICALLY EXCEED that amount because clients (if they have an iPhone) click the 'like' or 'thumbs up' or 'happy face' or whatever it is on their end when they receive a text from my number. When they do that I receive an auto-text describing the happy face, thumbs up, etc. This costs me a text message from my plan hence I exceed the 100 by so many. If the consumer just didn't hit like or happy face or whatnot on the text the problem…

Add wait time setting before sending to Overflow Members / Queue
We really like the idea of calls rolling from a primary queue to an Overflow Members queue, however, we don't want calls to roll immediately to the Overflow. We would like to only use them if a call holds for a few moments first. This would minimize disruptions to the Overflow Members.

Inbox vs. Phone Icon on Desktop App
If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

RingCentral Application error detection and fix guide via crash reports for the customer
The RC app crashes when an issue with the program is corrupted or if PC has a 3rd party software running which is a conflict with the RC application.The RC app Crashed reports should include the following:The capability to identify the cause of the errorThe capability to identify conflicting programThe capability to auto-remove conflicting programThe guided steps that include a How-To Fix link when the crashed reports is generated.

Toll Free #s Showing United States instead Of Canada
Currently Toll Free Numbers display United States on the Caller ID even though the business is in Canada. Would be great to show Canada under the number.
