To be able to opt out of a Voicemail to another extension
We have a business case where a group of rep's has a TF number and a direct number. When customers call the direct number and hit the rep's vm they wan the option to allow the customer to press a digit to opt out of the vm box back to the main customer service number so the customer doesn't have to hang up and dial all over. They would record the greeting to opt out at anytime by pressing "X", the greeting would be interruptible so as soon as they hit "X"the greeting would stop playing and transfer the caller.

Get a number porting process that works.
I have spent countless hours on hold with Ringcentral's porting team and my cell phone company in Canada from which I am trying to port numbers into Ringcetral. Ringcentral's MVP package looks awesome and I've got it all set up on my end, just waiting for my numbers to be ported. Problem is, even though I've done everything right, and even though my cell phone company has done everything right, attempt after attempt fails. Ringcentral sends the same (poorly written) template email every time, stating that the failure happened because I didn't respond to the authorization text messages fast enough.…

Windows fax compatibility with ring central fax
I use electronic medical record called Accuro. They have 40000 clients. Other medical records softwares use integration either with windows fax out and in option or internal integration with efax softwares. These softwares include oscar, practice solutions and many more.

Remove call announcement when transferring calls
I think it's required for an announcement that the call is being recorded to play when the customer first calls. Right now it also plays when calls are transferred to another extension, so customers have to listen to that announcement several times. If there's a way that it could not play when a call is transferred that would be good.

Add On-Demand Pre-recorded Disclaimer Option
I have disclaimers and legal language I have to read multiple times a day. I'd like to have that prerecorded in Ring Central and be able to trigger those in a call.

Global Wrap Time for Users
Right now RC has a "wrap time" feature which is a great idea! However, it does not work when applied to a user who is extended over many call queues. According to the RC tech support rep I spoke with, wrap time is call queue specific and applies to each queue separately. For example:Let's say Sandy is assigned to Queue A and Queue B and 1min wrap time is assigned to each queue. Sandy completes a call from Queue A and starts wrap time of 1min to finish her work. If it has been longer than a minute since Sandy…

Make it possible to copy the phone number directly from the call list
It would be helpful to copy the phone number directly from the call list.Currently, the only way to copy the number of a caller is to click on that call, open the call details, and copy from there, which takes extra clicks.

Voicemail Envelope information
Add an option to press a button (ex: 7) in the mailbox that plays the date/time/callerID and CallerID name of the voicemail in the mailbox. Otherwise there is no way to know by listening to a voicemail what the caller ID is. Also, there is no way to log into the web interface of a voicemail to check unless it is a call queue or your own mailbox. So, when sharing mailboxes this is a big obstacle.

Auto-removal from Queue if call is missed (user forgot to log out of queue while away).
Our old phone system would remove user from queue if they missed a call completely while available. This is helpful when users forget to remove themselves from the queue while away on break or end of shift. Now we have to monitor this and have an admin user remove them. Not as convenient, and causes delays for callers.

Call being recorded notification for transfers
Currently the system does not notify a caller that a call is being recorded when the call is transferred via a warm handoff from a line that does not use recording to a line that has call recording acivated even though the call is recorded after the transfer. This works against our legal obligation to notify callers that their call is being recorded

Capability of declining a call
This would be useful for people who make test calls on their lines to hear the voicemail. It would be great to have the option to decline where the call does not come back right away after declining it. Allowing for a different call to come in. The ignore button just stops the call for a brief second and it reappears.

Ability for multiple users/extensions to use a physical phone
We're a mail order company currently using Mitel on-prem. The holiday season is very busy for us and we man our phones in multiple shifts. Would like to see the ability for a user or a users assigned extension be able to login to a phone to share the phone and workstation like we currently do with Mitel. This would greatly limit the number of workstations and space needed (which may be a limitation that stops us from proceeding with Ringcentral at our location)

Support for group SMS
When we send an SMS to a group via Google Voice, or just via a mobile number, RingCentral receives texts not in group chats, but in direct messages from the sender. So when someone sends a text to a group - then Ringcentral will receive SMS in a group chat.

Autofill Contacts by Typing Contact Name
The previous app (RingCentral Phone) would autofill contacts if you typed the contact's name. The new RingCentral app does not do that which more or less makes it pointless to have contacts. We are a high volume medical practice and don't have the time to manually enter each contact's fax number to send documents. This seriously impedes our workflow and general ability to run our practice efficiently and communicate effectively with other practitioners relative to patient care.

Manipulate Email Notification to Arrive in Plain HTML
In order to ensure a missed call or voicemail is addressed, I have established select profiles to send email notifications to our Jira Project using their built-in email handler. This auto-generates a ticket for my team to receive and action the ticket. While the current transfer of data satisfies the requirement, if I could convert the email notification into plain HTML it would/should remove the banner data that is transferred over. We can gladly clean this text up by simply editing the notification box, but this enhancement would help.

Development Team - The proper use of the ignore button on an incoming call
When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work. Why have the ignore button if you can't forward the call to voicemail? This needs more flexibility in use as it currently is not helpful. I have now marked myself as…
