Customize Audio Conferencing Greeting
Would like to have the ability to customize the audio conferencing greeting like we can with the rest of the Ring Central system. This would provide a cohesive experience for callers to our firm.

Fax - suppress the header on transmissions to not list the sender's full name!
Just like with the RingCentral Phone function, where the user can choose how their Caller ID shows up (as their actual number, or as the company's number, or as "Blocked"), it would be useful to have that option in the Fax functionality. Currently, even if the Custom or Blank (or None) Cover Letter option is used, the header still lists the full (first and last) name of the registered user for that number (example attached) :-(

New Text Message Email give webpage link, not just app
When a text message is received, the notification email refers to the RingCentral app for replies:"To reply using the RingCentral app, click here."If an additional reference and link to using the RingCentral webpage for replies in lieu of the app could also be given, it would be helpful for those unable to install the app. Non-persistent virtual desktop users for example. It could say:"To reply using the RingCentral webpage, click here."

Ability to disable Ringout Feature for users
Customer have asked for the ability to disable RINGOUT for users who users cannot ask the system to call their mobile first before making the call. This is to ensure certain users are using the system as customer see as "Proper" and "Unnessasary"

Longer Voicemail Length
We have some users that need to be able to accept longer voicemails (in particular our help desk that needs people to be able to record detailed descriptions of their problem). It would be useful to us to allow for at least certain users to be able to accept longer voicemails.

Alphabetize Presence
Need a simple fast way to alphabetize Presense. With 40 or so employees coming and leaving at any given time it would b nice to be able to easily alphabetize the list. Not a big deal with 4 o 5 but when there are nearly 40 it doesn't make sense to have to delete and add back in the names all the time to get alphabetized.

When front desk transfers a call to another extension, we would like the caller ID of the original caller to show up on our phones when being transferred to us.

Force Audio Announcement to Join Conference
Currently, the "announcement before joining" feature of Ring Central Conference is broken in the sense that there does not have to be any actual audio recorded for it to still then connect the participant to the Conference. This is a HIPAA concern, especially since my organization is in the healthcare sector and we use Ring Central Conferencing daily.

Speedial Groups/Call Queues Via Line Keys
Not sure if this exists now, but it would be extremely useful if we were able to program buttons (Line Keys) on the physical phones to be able to transfer calls to groups/queues.

Update RingCentral to IPV6 *URGENT*
EE has already dropped IPV4 and other networks will be dropping it soon, so it is quite important to know when RingCentral will be updating it to IPV6 otherwise it will stop working soon. My phone is on EE and I can't use the Ringcentral App or my laptop when connecting to my phone's hotspot working remotely because outdated IPV4 is no longer supported and other internet providers will be doing the same soon.

Alert for when someone is on hold for extended time
It would be great to have an option to ring the phones back let's say after someone has been on hold for 1 or 2 minutes. In case they have been forgotten about or just as a simple reminder.

Set more than two Display Settings options
It would be very helpful to our agents to see more than two Display Settings options at a time. For example, Queue Name, CallerID Name, CallerID Number, and Phone Number would all be wanted by our agents -- all four options at once. Thank you.

Paging system to ring when phone rings either 24/7 or after hours
We have an Employee line that can't be heard unless near the phoneThis line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our day shift crew and our night shift crew due to loud machinery or not being near the phone. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night or during the day which ever hours we set this line up for.I was assured during testing that this could have been achieved prior to signing up with Ring Central.

Global CLI Presentation for outbound calls
Each user is set to present the companies main number for outbound calls. To change it so they present their DDI (primary number) requires the change to be made on each user individually. There should be an option to set the outbound call profile globally so by default users present the main number, or their DDI.
