  3. We have run into issues when one deskphone in a ring group is unplugged for one reason or another and the ring group stops working correctly. The inbound call rings for maybe half a ring and then hangs up on the caller.We have also run into issues when a user within a ring group forwards their deskphone to another deskphone. When this happens all calls to that ring group only rings the deskphone on the receiving end of the call forward.Other phones systems that I have worked with have a complete separation of the ring group and the endpoints.   5. I have had to go to Google to find out the information about setting up our new phone system, and MANY times the Google information is "out of date". ALSO, the support team has a hard time understanding my questions, and has been little or "NO HELP" what-so-ever!   8. I am in the IT Support call queue and when I am on the phone it marks me as busy/unavailable, so no additional calls come to me. However when I am set to a red status and in a meeting, calls continue to come my way. Support says I must submit a feature request for this.

  9. Users are not aware that CNAM does not work on all end-point especially a mobile phone.Users could have been prompted on initial login and link them to the article number 11592. This should help correct the users expectation regarding the CNAM.

Like preventing outgoing calls for lines with no e-911 address assigned, shut off voice mails by default until the ext. is registered to an account that can access the voice mail. this would automatically be enabled once registration is completed (default would be like the option play message and disconnect

When a call rings in RC it pops up in the bottom right corner, an agent answers the call however we cannot see who answered the call on the pop up (rather than looking into the reporting system). With MS Teams when an agent answers a call it will indicate who has answers that particular call. Is there a function that can be built in RC to mirror this?

  15. Some of our users change their RingOut number on an almost daily basis (eg when working from home using a remote desktop). It would be helpful to have a Keyboard Shortcut to take you to the RingOut managment setting to streamline the process. Thanks

  16. Currently, the feature allows for sorting by number ONLY and we have 30+ numbers, so scrolling to find the appropriate name is tiresome. It would be great if the name of the number dictated the sort feature instead of smallest to largest number

  17. customer says, if she is away from her extension, and there is an external call that comes in and this is picked by someone else, once back,
    she wants to see the user who picked the call engaged on that call from her extension.
