  1. Change overflow call queue sequence to simultaneous order instead of setting it to just rotating.

  2. Unread notification should specify type

    when you see the number bubble for new/unread there is no further indication that it could be a text message or other message type other than missed call/voicemail. It would be nice to show new/unread for all types by default or at minimum show an indicator number next to each message type so we don’t have to guess.
