  1. Use your brand colors when embedded in Microsoft Teams. That way I know I'm using a ringcentral service. Also why doesn't the embed version allow replacing Microsoft video in chat. You had that service for a bit.

  2. Hello,

    We want to be able to add user contact lines to Common Area Phones via the Admin portal for speed dialing. Currently, we have to do this manually on the Common Area Phone, which can be problematic when the phone is in an area that is not readily accessible. Thank you!

  11. On the RingCentral Teams deskotp application, the RingCentral app does not remember the last used section when navigating away to other Teams apps/functionality. The RC Teams app always defaults to the Phone tab instead of the area I was previously in.

  12. On iOS the RingCentral app does not remember or resume to the last used section if the app is killed by iOS. This is a feature request for the mobile app to remember the last used section.

  15. The ability to block all outside incoming calls to limited extensions is extremely important. We use limited extensions with Algo IP Speakers and can't have outside calls coming into our classrooms.
