  1. Please allow the ability to pull from all the Global Address Lists in Office 365. The calendar and contacts Office 365 sync option was available in the old app, however it is not available in the new unified RC app. The setting must give us the ability to select from the list of all Global address lists from the Calendar and sync option.

  9. On our old Avaya phone system, employees could press 1 to skip the VM message and go straight to leaving a voicemail. On the new ACO cloud, there is no way to skip the voicemail greeting. I have employees who are requesting to skip other employees VM messages by pressing a number and going straight to leaving a message.

  10. When we phone out, our location on people's caller ID shows us located in a different city and province than where we are actually located. This is becoming a problem as people are sensitive to possible scams and/or want to deal with local companies only. We have to explain that it's VOIP and when we signed up this was how the number was assigned but people are skeptical. Also, some won't answer our calls because they aren't local. There should be a way to change the number location to reflect where we actually are!

  12. This is a very common feature with most IVRs and is a widely used option for companies of all sizes. Obviously, this could be difficult since 0-9 prompts are assigned, and all extensions would start with one of those numbers. Basically, there could be a 2 -3 second pause once the caller presses a number so the IVR can determine if the caller is choosing a prompt or wanting to dial an extension. Seems practical - would love to have this option.

  13. Our caller ID is coming up as American Airlines. This is very misleading to our customers. After speaking with a tech support agent, he said that a CNAM database needs to be updated. There has to be a way for this not to happen so the correct name is displayed when placing calls. It should not matter the type of phone you are calling. Especially when the majority of people use cellphones. Please help.

  14. The system should (or have the ability to choose the option) for the caller to hear ringing while connecting to an agent. For example, when they press the option for their queue, and it is ringing to an agent, the caller will hear ring tones instead of immediate hold music. A lot of callers think there are calls waiting in queue as soon as they hear music instead of ring tones and disconnect quickly. If all agents are busy (it won't be immediately connecting to an agent) then it will play the defined hold music/message until an agent becomes available.…

  16. When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

  17. I am needing to be able to know what call queue I am answering, even when I am away from my desk. On our old digium system. I could get a announcement when I am answering for a specific queue. I have 3 queues currently. 2 are for our wholesale companies different locations, one is for the retail side. I would like to be able to have some of our wholesale guys answering calls for both queues. A simple announcement after answering is how the digium worked. It would announce "call from RO superstore" for our retail company. And not…

  19. It's really an issue. We have gatekeepers that field initial calls, and then transfer to the appropriate rep. The problem is that the call recording STOPS at the transfer. That is just crazy. We need this fixed asap!

  20. We would love to be able to configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to not send notifications for specific numbers.As there are a few numbers that we SMS all the time. (My team members), and I do not need notifications for them.
