Include Name & Number in Caller ID
Request is to have both the Name and Number appear. Currently, the name only shows if the number is in a Campaign.

Agree that this is critical and should be the standard for the name to be displayed as the call is coming in.

it critical we see this info when calls are coming in especially when member call in and don't leave a number or their name and wants us to call them back.

For a call center platform not to have this function is unheard of. Caller IDs are critical essential especially in this line of business. This one function provides different layers that assist with information to your clients

This is critical for our call center team. We are a financial institution and this helps with fighting fraud since we could see the names of our callers for further validation. RingEX displays the caller ID information, but RingCX does not. Our prior two phone systems displayed caller ID information. We are flabbergasted that a modern phone system does not display caller ID information. This is a change that would be beneficial to everyone that uses RingCX, not just us, and it is frankly shockingfor a call center solution to not display caller ID information.
