We wish to deploy the CC Voice Plugin with a move from MAX to CXOne Agent. We do not support Chrome internally and need to use the plugin on Edge. It works, but as RC does not support the plugin on Edge we are between a rock and a hard place. We can't use Chrome and we can't have an unsupported application - especially one so critical to the business as this used by 5,000 call handlers.

However, I’ve noticed that the plugin is currently optimized for Chrome, and while it can be used with Edge, it’s not officially supported. I’m requesting that the Contact Center Voice plugin be made fully compatible with Edge. Many users, including myself, find Edge to be an essential part of our daily workflow. Having official support for Edge would enhance our experience and allow us to use the plugin without concerns about potential issues.
This update would not only cater to a broader user base but also align with the increasing adoption of Edge in various organizations. I believe that adding Edge as a supported browser would greatly benefit users who rely on it.
Enabling compatibility with Edge would improve productivity and reduce the need for switching browsers, which can disrupt workflow. It would also demonstrate a commitment to supporting diverse user preferences.
