Select Agent Queues from Single Pane of Glass or SPOG

If you are a member of multiple Agent Queues and log in through the SPOG in the EX client, you cannot select which queues to log into.

Need to be able to select which queues you are logging into when singing in via SPOG in EX.

    Hi Yulia,

    Thank you for pointing that out. I feel it would be good to make this more discoverable. Perhaps having a button or link that says "update session" without having the click the "i" button.

    Currently, when agents log in, they cannot select which queues to join.
    However, this can be managed through the "Session Settings" option, as shown in the attached screenshot. This allows agents to update their queues during active sessions.
    Please let me know if this approach addresses the requirement, or if further customization is needed.
