  1. My problem is I am often on one or two calls already. I cannot constantly have the current call interrupted and HAVE to take/respond to the the next call.Many of my calls are from gov officials overseas who are hard to reach.I also do not have time OR INCLINATION to have to keep logging in, or checking somewhere for my messages.   2. In existing RC ( MAX agent ) call-flow design, conference room can be connected up to total (3) parties including a host. Request is to add more than three caller’s in conference room and ability to put callers on “HOLD” during the live conference room along with an option to “JOIN” them back in the call.

  3. Quality planner in QM has limitations; unable to select an individual instead of a group. You are unable to create an individual improvement plan for an employee. You only have the option to create plan's for groups. Workaround is cumbersome.

  5. We'd like to have the option to make individual Activity Codes visible or invisible to different access levels. For example, we currently have separate out-of-office Activity Codes for approved time off and unapproved time off. When agents are viewing their co-workers' schedules in WFM, we don't want them to be able to see the Activity Codes for unapproved time off. Ideally, this would be a permission setting on each new code created. Admin would have the ability to view/select all Activity Codes regardless of whether the code was toggled to "invisible."   7. Provide the staffing numbers (Scheduled, Required, Variance) by interval in the Intraday Manager down to the WEM skill level. Right now it is useless to me since I have multiple WEM skills across multiple departments.

  8. The RingCentral Phone app could place a call taken by the Max Agent on Hold. This feature does not exist with the RingCentral App. The agent must place the call on Hold via the Max Agent. This poses a certain amount of risk if your agent doesn't understand this limitation.

  10. When making a number a CCRN, be allowed to set CNAM based on existing sites on the UC side. Customers are always asking to be able to push a CNAM for CC outbound skills

When scheduling out activities it is beneficial to be granular with the activity codes to understand where time is being allocated, but for the agents they don't need a long list of status' to cipher through. It would be beneficial to map out multiple Activities codes (ex: 1:1 Meeting, Team Meeting, Department Meeting) all to a single ACD event or status such as Meeting so that adherence can still be accurate.

  12. When scheduling a Flexible Meeting in WFM, you cannot schedule everyone into the same meeting. You define the maximum simultaneous agents in a meeting, but even if you make that number high enough to include everyone selected, you will receive multiple meetings. I am looking for the option to flexibly find a time to schedule a singular meeting that includes everyone selected.

  13. As a contact center, the ability to block phone numbers is a necessity of doing business. The ability to block a phone number quickly is also critical, since the call may be at best disruptive to agents and at worst create unsafe conditions (e.g. if the caller is abusive). Right now the simple task of blocking a phone number requires technical expertise to access and edit live production scripts in studio. This is not an acceptable solution for organizations where customer service managers need to act quickly on behalf of their team. It would be a huge improvement to create…

  14. The process to live-monitor agents is very frustrating. I must pull up the Supervisor app, search for the agent I want to live-monitor, click the monitor icon, click the voice monitor icon, enter my station ID or phone number, then I receive a phone call, then I need to answer it. Worst of all, after I do all of that, I need to go through most of these steps again when the call is finished. Because of this, I always miss the beginning of the call...which is a critical component. Five9 has a much easier process. I don't need to…

I would love to see an option created where we can have a link that stays active and allows for us to display our call center dashboards in multiple locations without having to be tied to a log in. Currently the only way we have found to do this is to have some one log in on a computer tied to a display and project their dashboards. Please add the capability of showing what weekly rule a team member is associated with, either in the Employee section or in schedule manager, or even just a search function by agent in the weekly rules. Otherwise a lot of time is wasted trying to click through and find which weekly rule a team member may be tied too.

  19. It would be much more efficient if we had the ability to filter by team member to see what all requests that they have submitted. Right now, you have to hope that you click on the correct day and then cipher through all the requests for even the scheduling unit to try locating it.

It would be beneficial if in the manage requests tab, you could sort by any of the columns, in particular the submit date/time to be able to view in ASC order to have the oldest requests at top. Also, being able to see the Team that the agent is associated with and have any comments that the agent submits carry through to the schedule if approved.
