  1. I would like to see the number of transfers and who a transfer goes to in the Analytics tab. Currently, you need to go into the Analytics tab, go to Performance Reports > Calls, and click on the individual call to see what occurred. I have to manually sort through all of this data now to see how many transfers are coming from our Operator Queue and where they are going.

  5. This request is to add a historical report of agent status in RingEX Analytics.

    The only way to check for the agent status is through the Live Report, however, we need a historical report of the statuses so that customers can better manage the users.

  9. Today, the callback feature does not perform any detection on the far end meaning that the agent is passed a ringing phone, busy, etc. What the previous CallBack solution would do was get the customer on the phone and only pass to an available agent once the customer answered. This way the agent is not wasting their time listening and/or getting an answering machine passed to them, only a live voice.

  10. Just like how we can set up call rules there should be a text rules feature as well so that I can add my work hours. I’ve gotten texts from clients that are non-emergency at 3 and 4 in the morning that I shouldn’t be notified for outside of work hours. I don’t want to go into the app and set my status as Do Not Disturb every single day. I suggest text rules being added as a feature.

  11. We would like a way to alert managers/team leaders if no calls have come through for 15 minutes. The alert would let us know if there is a potential issue, whether internal or with the platform itself.

  12. When attempting to make a call from Max Agent, you need to enter the phone number then click on dial. The option to press enter instead of dial should be allowed as well. Would make calling easier.

  14. Within RCCC Admin / Scheduling Units, it would be helpful to have the ability to duplicate / copy an existing scheduling unit. Currently you have to create new scheduling units & start again.

  15. Would like the ability to show (either within MAX Agent Reports or the WEM tabs of MAX) a quick and easy quality scorecard for the agent over a time period. Currently, an agent can review individual evaluations or would need to be provided very customized reports or dashboards.

  16. At present in Pulse you can clone your own Pulse alerts, but when viewing other user's alerts, you are not presented with the option to clone. This makes the sharing of good configuration more difficult. Would be helpful to be able to extend clone ability to other user's alerts.

When using the SalesForce “Classic” dialer, a user could open a new (Chrome) browser tab with the same Salesforce session, and then open the “Classic” SalesForce Agent InContact dialer on each active Salesforce tab. It is common for our users to open additional Salesforce browser tabs to complete different functions within SalesForce (ex: A customer record, a Gantt chart, an inventory record, Geo Portal, and potentially others)This was not an issue with the “Classic” Dialer However, with the “Lightning” dialer, the first instance of the dialer opens normally – And when a user opens a second (and additional) Salesforce browser…

  19. When truly "on hold" with a contact center agent, there is not an opportunity for hold music or messaging to play. The system offers that functionality all through the IVR, call queues, interrupt messages, etc., but once an agent engages a caller, the ability to hear music or messaging while "on hold" disappears. The same is true for each part of our IVR within the contact center.
