Add Blackout days for Timeoff
Have the ability to add blackout days so the system can automatically deny time-off requests if these dates are requested.

It is critical for our business to be able to enter blackout days where no time off is allowed. Not being able to do this can disrupt the business and service level if agents get approved via self-service. Further, this could lead to an issue having to be escalated to HR due to an erroneous approval.
