Client wanted to have more than 12 months call log data retention.

Having records for 12 months is crucial because most issues only surface after 60 days.

Your admin panel also offers options for "Today", "Yesterday" and up to "Last 60 Days". It would be good to add a button for "Custom Date Range".
Poking around on the actual calendars shown I see I have access to 12 months of data, but from your interface I would never know this. Visual clues matter.

Chargebacks sometimes occur even after 100 days, and currently we only have records for 60 days. This is by no means enough and will need to be tripled or doubled at the very least.
