In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

  4. I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Yes, we have the ability to kick out that someone, however, as long as that someone has the link to the RingCentral Video/Meeting; they can still come back in.So, I suggest we add an option before kicking someone out.   5. When calls are transferred from the Bridge operator console, the user taking the call will see the caller ID of the original call, but in the RC call log, it will show the caller being the person who transferred the call

  10. For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!

  13. When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out of the meeting for confidentiality reasons and will need to assign a new host so the new host can mute/unmute participants, manage a waiting room, etc.

  17. RC video ,there is no option t record multiple times in one meeting. You are limited to 1 recording. We speak to multiple applicants in an hour and we need to have separate recordings for each under one meeting link.
