Screen share feature in RC Meetings
Currently, when a host is screen sharing and another participant starts talking, that takes up the entire screen. Instead of the screen doing that, there should be a way for the screen to pop up in another box instead, rather than it being full screen

Pre-stage a callback number for meetings
One thing that has been a constant issue with any of the meeting apps is the ability to call into a meeting while on the road. It would be great to be able to pre-register a phone number for a call at the time that the meeting starts. Then rather than fumbling with dialing out to a bridge while driving, you've enabled it to call you prior to the meeting. All you have to do is answer the call which you setup prior to being out on the road. I think this would be a huge improvement to the platform.…

Customized invitation meeting [Meeting ID] should generate a meeting ID with no spaces
The link being generated from the Rc Meeting invitation has a meeting ID with "spaces" and that caused the invitees not able to join and getting page cannot be found. The link shows like this https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/144 874 6685/join#

Should not have to login every time I use the RC plugin in Outlook
I use two different computers during the day and when I switch from one to the other I have to login to the Outlook RingCentral plugin again! What a PITA!

gallery view when joining via browser
Participants should have access to the Gallery View when joining via web browser to be able to see all meeting participants. I spoke with 2 customer service reps which created a case for more details. Case # 13178029

Recording Thumbnail Video of Panelists/Presenter Stream for Webinar Playback
The video recording is just as (if not more) important as the webinar itself. This gets distributed to attendees and posted on video outlets such as YouTube and Vimeo, so being able to provide the same caliber of media as the original webinar is absolutely necessary.That being said, the video stream of the panelists/presenters speaking needs to be captured within the recording as well, which is currently not possible. Allow meeting hosts to re-enable the waiting room feature on specific meetings
Ring Central needs to change the settings to allow hosts to re-enable the waiting room after scheduling a meeting. If a host decides before or during the meeting that he/she would like to use the waiting room feature it should be available to customers. Right now if you disable the waiting room feature while creating a meeting you cannot go back and change it. Please, please make this simple change.

Allow Admin to view videos sent from Link
After receiving an email that recording is ready for viewing, when that email is forwarded the admin does not have the ability to view the video unless they log in from admin panel. Should authorize since it prompts us to log in with those same credentials.

Add option to create a Task with a webhook
We can already add Posts using a web hook, but the ability to create a Task say from a web form submission, or an incoming email would improve workflow and make the Ring Central App much more useful.

Record Break Out Sessions
Currently, ring central meetings isn't able to record break out sessions within a meeting; regular main meetings are recordable, but once break out sessions are initiated, there is no way to record the individual sessions.

Move scheduled/invites from RC Meetings to RC Video without using the calendar migration tool
Please add a feature to move scheduled/invites from RC Meetings to RC Video without using the calendar migration tool. Migration tool requires google or outlook calendar some uses only the 'Schedule using "Meeting info"in RC Meetings. Hundreds of invites cannot be manually rescheduled in RingCentral Video.

Show "In A Meeting" status when joining a meeting powered by other video conferencing platforms
Show "In A Meeting" status when joining a meeting powered by other video conferencing platforms (i.e. Zoom). Currently, status only changes to "In A Meeting" when joining another RC meeting. There is no way to change status automatically to "In A Meeting" aside from manually changing status to "Do Not Disturb" so user does not receive pop-ups/previews of messages during a meeting.

Show name insetad of phone number when new attendee joins meeting
Name is not showing while being in the meeting when we join meeting through phone call "by giving call on meeting number entering meeting ID, it's only showing the phone number of attendee "The participent is not able to indentify that who has joined this meeting.RC should ask for name to register in the meeting to display the same as participent after dialing the meeting phone number and then meeting ID.

Adding "Waiting Music" to Webinar Feature for Guesting Waiting for us to start call
When using your webinar feature, it would be nice to be able to play music while attendees wait for us to start the call. It would be even more ideal if we could play the music and still test panelist speaker lines without the attendees hearing the test.

Maintaining nickname between RingCentral Meetings
There should be an option to save your nickname between RingCentral Meetings so that you don't need to manually change it every time. For example, rather than defaulting to [Name] every time, you should have the option to save it as [Nickname] or [Name - Pronouns].

Please add the "Call Me" Feature from RC Meetings to RC Video
Most video conference software I use has gotten to the point where there's a "call me" widget from the software instead of making me dial in to a number with numerous long sequences of numbers to input (and only with English prompts). The prior software RC had, RC Meetings (I think that was the one based on Zoom and caught up in all that litigation) had a "call me" widget that saved my desk phone number and let me connect the audio to my phone with a single, simple click.
