Recording Thumbnail Video of Panelists/Presenter Stream for Webinar Playback
The video recording is just as (if not more) important as the webinar itself. This gets distributed to attendees and posted on video outlets such as YouTube and Vimeo, so being able to provide the same caliber of media as the original webinar is absolutely necessary.That being said, the video stream of the panelists/presenters speaking needs to be captured within the recording as well, which is currently not possible. RC Meetings customized Log In screen to allow a company to put in a Confidentiality agreement screen in.
If we had the ability to customize the log in screen with a splash screen that would state that by joining the meeting you agree that any information contained in the meeting is confidential and propieatary............ This would be very helpful.

Save renamed participant name for future use
Hi ,After logging into RingCentral Meetings Desktop app over SSO, it always pulls the name according to my AD Account which is expected.When I create a meeting room, I am able to rename myself as a participant. However, this change will not persist for all subsequent meetings, so every time I have to do it again. And I have a lot of meetings all the time.I am sure that this small change would be appreciated by a lot of people.Alan

Zoom just released "High fidelity music mode". Please add this to the next version of RingCentral Meetings. Thank you. This is vital for our online music lessons and classes.

Spotlight Multiple Speakers
I believe Zoom now allows users to spotlight multiple speakers at the same time, which makes a conversation more engaging when you have a panel in progress. Could this feature be added to RingCentral Meetings?

Blind Copy Email Invites
Some of the providers in the agency I work with need to be able to send emails without all recipients seeing those email addresses. This protects the identity of clients involved in sensitive matters. Is there a way to do that? Or can a blind copy option be built?

Allow users to generate and download their polling results for their own meetings
Currently, this is an admin only function, where polling results can only be generated and downloaded by admins, despite the instructions relayed here. This currently makes it so users have to come to admins to gather results for their own data from their meetings. While we can have gatekeeper personnel to work around this, it doesn't make sense to not have this be more granular to a standard user level.

Allow participants to disable other's videos in a meeting while maintaining their PC audio
I have a couple of user's who have limited bandwidth, but need to join RCV meetings. Would it be passible to leave it to the discretion of the participant, to disable video from other attendees, and only enable it when required. Like presentations, etc.. Currently I believe that it's only the host/moderator that has this capability.With everyone working from home these days they have the need to meet more online, but some are in locations where ISPs cap the usage/month. Video can be a bandwidth killer.

Original Sound Option for Webinar
I saw someone requested the option to change audio to "original sound" for meetings and I'd love to have something similar for Webinar. We are using Webinar to host events and have a piano player. The audio on Webinar tries to hide background noise, which actually makes concert music come out more choppy. Please consider adding the option of "original sound" so that live music performances on Webinar will sound better!

RC Meetings Launching Browser / Ads
Launching an active RingCentral Meetings from meeting link contained within the invitation launches a browser prior to launching the installed RingCentral Meetings desktop application. The inclusion of promotional / marketing material on the browser to existing RingCentral customers is an annoyance, and counterintuitive

RingCentral Meetings Outlook plugin template no longer creating clickable hyperlinks
Hello. Our executives using RingCentral Meetings Outlook plugin are requesting that the template be restored to the way it was until recently, where the meeting URL has a space after it. This has Outlook show the URL as a clickable hyperlink even while composing. I spoke with Customer Support about this, and they instructed me to submit a feature request here for the developers. Note: The Outlook add-in for RingCentral (Unified) does not have this issue, and still inserts the space after the URL. Thank you. ~Andrew

Set Waiting Room for limited some users using the same meeting id
Customer wanted to have a feature that once she sent a meeting id link and passcode, for example she have 100 participants, she want atleast 3-5 participants will be on the waiting room.

Powerpoint presenter view for single screen
At the moment, we cant view notes via powerpoint presenter view unless its a multi screen. It would be useful to have this feature for a single screen. Similarly like what zoom/Teams have done. It is tedious to not be able to use ringcentral unless i have an external monitor. Please add this feature soon

Custom notification sounds
Several of our staff were disappointed at the change in the join notification from a doorbell to two beeps as it is less noticeable and has caused delay in admitting participants in the waiting room. Allowing users to select which tone they would like to use could resolve this issue.

Ability to select "Call Me" Feature option in advance of meetings or default setting
I like the "call me" feature but it's not super useful when I am already in a position to log into the app to direct the meeting to "call me". We have several meetings throughout the day, and occasionally I am in between offices or the bank or at the post office. It would be beneficial to be able to schedule that option in advance of a meeting or select some default setting or feature that indicates so long as I have a Ring Central meeting scheduled I always want the meeting to "call me" at my preferred number automatically,…

integration for 3rd party captioning software
This feature already exists in Zoom and is mentioned in the RC settings thought it does not exist in practice. To be able to easily connect a 3rd party AI captioning software such as webcaptioner.com would be much easier than typing captions and make events more accessible to diverse audiences.

Allow Live Streaming of RC Video.
We would like to stream live video calls to a third party application, ie Digital Signage. Zoom has this functionality now.
