Waiting Room Enhancement: Send a chat message to waiting room
when using RCV to conduct/host a round table, it's beneficial to hold attendees in the waiting room and to be able to send them a message, e.g. starting in 2 minutes

Add a chat for waiting rooms for meetings, this could be limited to the host and moderators being the only ones able to send messages and/or all participants.

I thought it would be a nice touch to be able to add an attendee list, agenda, logo, etc to a Waiting Room that way your attendees have something to look at if your meeting starts a minute or two late.
