Provide full screen viewing of shared screen - hide toolbar
I am unable to view full screen of a shared screen in RingCentral Video. If I choose Fit to Window or Original size, there are still three unnecessary wasted areas, which prevent actual full screen. Attached is an example when another user shares their screen. In Fit to Windows mode, I can’t read the screen. In Original size mode, I only see part of the screen. This makes it impossible to use screen sharing for user training. All three should have an auto-hide option:The area at the top of the screen with the View options and GalleryThe meeting controls at the bottom of the screenThe local computer task bar

Since the last Ringcentral update, we have noticed the screen view for the person who is watching the shared screen is not the full screen, but rather has a lot of grey space around it. This is true even if screen is maximized. We would like it to go back to be filling as much as the screen as possible for the easiest viewing experience. Thanks!

Participants are not able to expand the shared screen to fill the entire space of their browser or RC App window. A one-inch dark space is filling the perimeter of the viewing window making it difficult to clearly view the shared screen.

The request is for the ability to hide (or un-dock) meeting controls to provide true full screen viewing.
When viewing a shared screen in RCV the video is framed regardless of viewing settings selected, preventing true full screen and the meeting controls remain at the bottom.
