Wow, I am very surprised that this is not available. It is a key component in training and development. Would also like to see this in an Ai knowledgebase so that we can ask Ai to analyze all of the transcripts for each user and identify inconsistencies and potential improvements.

Very surprised that this is not already a feature as it is standard on our phone calls. This would really help to 'automate' our business.
