Automatically record RCV meetings without a host. (The meetings should automatically record to cloud when a participant joins)

We have used RC for years and as of last week when they changed or "upgraded" platforms our meetings are not automatically recording when anyone joins. As we have people lead meetings that are not the host and they need to be recorded. We are also not able to set up breakout rooms anymore.

This already exists. Need to set this up in your settings I believe. See last example on this page>
