48 votesAn IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.

130 votesA meeting host can share a cloud recording with both internal recipients and people outside their organization, using Share Meeting Materials. Available today in video meetings on the desktop app and on the Web (Browser). See Viewing and managing meeting recordings.
