Display Magazines or Videos on RCV waiting Room
Some companies would like to be able to upload content into the RCV waiting rooms (videos and magazines, for example) so that the participants can view these instead of having the RC default message of "Please wait for the host to start the meeting"

Ring Central Video - Default Audio to Dial In
Currently in the Ring Central Video Settings the Audio can only be defaulted to the computer speakers/mic or a headset tied to the computer. Add the ability to default the audio to "dial in" allowing the user to use a desk phone to call in. Not all environments allow for computer audio nor to all users have headsets tied to the computer.

Add a way to separate audio tracks in RingCentral Video for recording.
RingCentral Video has a record feature but we can't find a way to separate the audio tracks. We could do that in Meetings. This is an urgent need for us if we are going to lose RingCentral Meetings.

Revert Video Back to Functional Release
Recordings: Have become unusable. Used to be provided as Playbacks for Training and Reference, now the Framerate and Audio is so Compressed it's useless. Add Back In the Ability to Pause and Stop Recordings to make multiple during one Meeting instead of Just "Pause." Add back in Files being Saved Locally instead of only to the Cloud. Compression is too heavy.Screen-Share: AWFUL Framerate. Used to Host Webinars for Training multiple Companies at a time...videos look so bad and Sharing Audio is usually non-functioning making it useless for incredibly practical uses. Audible notification that people are waiting in the waiting room
This would be useful for those of us that have to minimize the window when working. Folks are sitting in the waiting room silently and we do not know they are there.

RCV Meetings - have quick access to change the volume of individual RCV meetings
This would be helpful for when your are in more than 1 RCV meeting and need to prioritize hearing one meeting over others.

RC desktop video - align monitor numbering to match Windows
I just replaced a monitor connected to my computer, and now in RingCentral the screen numbering has been changed, when I attempt to share a screen.
With the laptop display and two external monitors the screen numbering in Windows (1-2-3 left-to-right) is different than how RC/Zoom does it (3-1-2 left-to-right) and makes no sense. Previous configuration with laptop and two screens had screen order as 1-2-3 in both Windows and RC/Zoom.Please implement a way to refresh the screen configuration based on windows, or provide a way to reset the numbering/identification. Call me feature even when host hasn't joined
Restriction: Call me Feature only works when a host is already joined. there so if someone goes to a meeting early they can’t use it.-It would be great if this option will be available, especially if the settings to join before host is already enable.

Play announcement to say that video meeting is being recorded
The request is to be able to play an announcement to say that the meeting is being recorded, both before someone enters the meeting and/or when the recording starts. This would be especially helpful for those who join by dialing in, as they are not able to view where it says that it is being recorded.

Log phone numbers of call-in users for RC Video
Would be nice to have the ability to check on the back-end when "mysterious" users join a meeting.

Larger font for "Join from Browser"
When clicking on the link to join a meeting, the "join from browser" option is at the very bottom of the webpage and seems to be overshadowed by the "launch meeting" option. Some people miss it or do not see it when connecting to the meeting and would prefer to join from the browser instead of downloading the app. Would it be possible to have that option moved higher, right below the launch meeting button or maybe make the font for it bigger so it is more noticeable?

RC Video recording download/view webpage activates my camera and microphone upon accessing URL
URLs sent via email for RC Video recordings (https://v.ringcentral.com/welcome/meetings/recents/recording/...) opens my camera and microphone in the web browser each time I navigate there. There's no reason for my camera or microphone on this page, as it's just a video recording.When I do this, my browser asks me whether I want to grant permission for the website to use my camera and microphone. This website should not try to turn on my camera and microphone each time? It is simply storing a video recording of the session.

Remove "You're the only person here" message
Whenever I connect to a video call in my RingCentral App I get a green message that says "You're the only person here. Click "invite" below to add more people"Sometimes I don't want to invite anyone, and I just want to record a short in-person meeting but I don't want anyone else connected. But since the message stays on the screen until you invite someone else, it blocks my view of what I am recording. Dial in number for US and CA number display in RCV invitation
If the account is Canada (or US ) and schedules a meeting in RCV, I want to display CA and US numbers on my invitation for dial-in, like in RCM feature. Currently showing CA number only since my account is Canada.

Allow Transcription of Meeting
Would like to request RC Meeting ability to transcribe a meeting into text. Since voicemails can transcribe into text, it seems as though RC has the technology to do so. This would be very handy for recorded meetings where we want to keep detailed notes and be able to scan to the relevant information.

Keep minimized Video (1"x2") on the screen
When in VIDEO meeting if I minimize it , the video disappears . But If I leave it on then it obscures the content on the page. For medical visit you need to have patient video visible all th time. RC meeting, which uses Zoom in the background has this feature and it is the reason I am still using RC Meeting instead of moving to RC Video.I hope this get implemented fast
