Default for no waiting room
Right now you can only disable waiting rooms and allow users to join before you on a meeting by meeting basis. There should be a default setting to allow this to be the global setting for new meetings.

All scheduled Video Calls should be captured in the Ring Central App
Right now only meetings that are linked with outlook populate on the "Upcoming Meetings" display. If you schedule something it should be there regardless... For instance, I create a meeting and then I just text my friend the meeting ID and they join via the Web... that meeting should still be tracked within the Ring Central Application.

use personal meeting id or name
Allow admins to enable setting for "Use Personal meeting ID or name for instant meetings". Existing ideas exist for allowing admins to set a personal meeting name (https://ideas.ringcentral.com/forums/958499-events-video/suggestions/48028307-add-the-personal-meeting-names-from-the-super-admi). We'd also like admins to be able to set the option to use personal meeting ID or names in conjunction with the ability for admins to set a personal meeting name.
We'd like to eliminate users having to manually set these options.

Have an option to stop and start a new recording without starting a new meeting or screenshare.
When recording a meeting, screenshare, or webinar- sometimes you have to start over because of a mistake. Please make it possible to begin a new recording (as a separate file) without having to exit the meeting and start a new one. This is to avoid having to go back and edit the original video to remove the beginning.

Ability to delete and being able to remove recorded
video meetings in bulk instead of one by one. Curretly
when i'm going to video meetings recording i can only delete it
one by one. We don't have the option to delete or select multiple
video meetings and delete at the same time

New reactions or option to add new ones from a catalog
It would be nice to have the option to pick a reaction from an emoji keyboard. Sometimes you want to send a celebration icon for success or laughing emoji.

Live office function that would allow for more flexibility then having just an open meeting the team is on.
Remote working live office where user can login and keep they chat and video feed going but with more functionality to make and take calls without needing to leave the meeting.

Currently, if you want to share anything visual, it's always a screen share.

Notes (private and public) should auto-download for all participants at the end of the meeting.

Create a plugin system and API for a RCV, enabling users to add mini-applications directly into meetings. Examples include poker planning, collaborative whiteboards, or custom tools. Ability to add screenshots & files in RingCentral meeting/video
t would be fantastic to have the ability to share screenshots and files directly in the chat during a RingCentral meeting. Additionally, integrating a feature to attach a cloud drive, like Google Drive, to automatically store chats and shared files would be extremely useful. Taking it a step further, it would be great if meeting recordings could automatically save to a designated drive location, especially for recurring meetings.

Share meeting recordings with ring central guests.
Currently this option is not working and the name of the guest is showing but the checkmark option to share it with guest is not allowed.

Auto Launch Meeting After RC App Installation
When a user downloads the RingCentral desktop app installation for a RingCentral video meeting for the enhanced screen sharing experience, the .exe that is downloaded contains additional configuration information including RingCentraltype=videoconf=PersonalMeetingName.exe. After the .exe installer is ran, the participant is not automatically launched into the meeting. The user must then click "Join a Meeting" in the RC desktop app, or else click the meeting link in the email again to be taken into the meeting.
If the .exe used to install the RC desktop app includes the additional "type=video_conf=PersonalMeetingName" the user should be taken directly into the meeting…
