Fix defect related to use of CTRL/SHIFT/ALT keys when accessing a fullscreen RDP session on a shared screen in RC meeting
Using CTRL/SHIFT/ALT keys results in temporarily loss of remote control of shared screen in RC meeting. Cannot use CTRL or SHIFT keys in RDP sessions on customer screen being shared and remote controlled in RC meeting. The orange remote control banner at the top of the RC meeting switches to "Wait to control [name's] screen" when one of those keys is hit, and then one second later remote control starts working again automatically. Feature Request – Toolbar Controls During Presentation Mode
Description:
We would like to request a new functionality for the video conferencing service. Currently, when a user is presenting, the toolbar does not display the chat or audio controls. This limitation creates an issue in scenarios where the presenter needs to quickly mute/unmute themselves or share information through the chat without interrupting the presentation flow.At present, the presenter is forced to stop screen sharing in order to access the meeting controls (chat, audio, etc.), and then restart the presentation. This process disrupts the flow of the meeting and negatively impacts the overall user experience.

Accurate video meeting summary
I’ve been using both the Call Summary and Video Meeting Summary features, and I’ve found that the Call Summary delivers better results compared to the Video Meeting Summary. It would be beneficial if the Video Meeting Summary could be further enhanced or if there were settings available to fine-tune how the summaries are generated to improve accuracy and relevance.

AI note taker
I really love the AI Note Taker feature in phone calls and would love to see it added to the RC Video App. It would greatly improve productivity, allowing participants to focus on engaging in the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes and tracking action items.

default virtual background options
By default, would like to be offered a few nice aesthetic office space virtual backgrounds. We currently only are offered one that looks like you're literally sitting on the conference room table, so it doesn't look realistic. I found nice ones online, but you have to pay to use them; it'd be nice if Ring offered them by default.

Add the scheduled meeting to the RingCentral app's workspace

RingCentral Video meeting view settings
Posting this request in behalf of our Partner that is utilizing the RingCentral Video Meeting. Partner mentioned he wants to be able to make a pre-settings on the meetings for the participants to be on uniform view settings when someone is sharing their screen. View settings on Filmstrip, Speaker, or Gallery to be alligned for all the participants of the RCV.

We can allow MARKER feature on a video meeting.
I think we should allow some marker feature, using which any end user whom host has allowed to use marker to draw or highlight something on the shared screen. This way the other person need not to share his screen to highlight those details. Additionally it will make meeting more collaborative.

Ability to toggle the control buttons to the left or right of the meeting window
Instead of keeping the control buttons (Mute, Start Video, etc.) at the bottom of the screen, give meeting participants the ability to move it to the right, top, or left to maximize the visibility when someone is sharing a screen or when the user has to resize the meeting window.

Removal of Full-Screen mode under Gallery View (RCV)
Customer is reporting that seems to be an issue on his end, Double clicking a remote control session on Gallery view is transitioning into full screen view. Double clicking it again returning it to gallery view.

Option to disable pop up message to be RingCentral member
the pop-up message inviting a user to become a RingCentral member cannot be removed if they are not part of RingCentral when they are invited to a video meeting. The pop-up is designed to encourage non-members to join the platform.

Disconnect RCV Participants in Bulk
Add bulk action checkboxes next to participant names in the RCV participants list. This will allow you to select multiple participants and, after clicking the three dots to the right, expose the ability to "disconnect all selected."
Use case: Managers hold a team meeting and would like only managers to stay on and deliberate at the end of the call. This feature would ensure no one lingers and allows participants to be dropped in bulk if necessary.

Relogin required too often when adding RCV meetings to Outlook events
As a meeting host, I want to schedule my meetings as quickly as possible. Adding an RCV meeting to an Outlook meeting should be as simple as a single click. However, if the Scheduler's login token expires prematurely, adding an RCV meeting will require a relogin, making a 2-second operation take 2 minutes. That's not acceptable for a flow used multiple times every day.
Currently, the RC Scheduler in Outlook asks me to relogin every few weeks - and it always happens exactly when I need to schedule a meeting fast.

Option to add a recurring meeting someone else set up to the Ring app, instead of visiting the site they created with the link.
For a college course I'm in, the instructor uses the same link for the recurring meeting. I imagine mose courses do this. Would like to be able to click a button to add that link to the Ring app - since it is always open - so I can just go there, instead of opening a browser and navigating through five or six layers of the LMS to get to the link for the recurring class.

Conference room H.323/SIP Rooms gone from RC Meeting invites, RC Meetings had been deprecated and we appear to be on RC Video now and as told that only SIP is supported for RCV.
