Webinar content share and VIdeo feed coudl be better presented if split in half or even allow for multi-screen
In Webinars, if video is on speaker, the small window on the bottom right is not very affective. Ideally either support split screen or allow for multi screen support where you can move content share to one screen and video feed to another screen

3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. I also sometimes forget to push the record button and then the whiteboard doesn't get saved for me to go back and review after the meeting. It would be nice if the…

Allow RingCentral Meetings Recordings retention period be adjusted to less than 1 year
Customers may need to lessen the retention period shorter that the defaulted one as required by their Administrations.

RingCentral Video - Change Guest to Admin
Im showing up as a guest in my organization but I need to be made an admin. I can have any of the other admins in our org confirm my admin request. Actually a lot of users are incorrectly showing up as guests in our subscription. I think someone messed up one of the domains in our config and now everyone now is incorrectly being labeled as guest.

RingCentral Meetings Share Dual Displays
Sharing dual screens during a meeting is extremely helpful in displaying content relevant to your meeting. GoToMeetings has this feature and it works well. I believe all users would benefit from having this feature available to them.
